The Annual Horizon Awards are given to recognized individuals, organizations, and businesses that have made significant contributions toward the enrichment of life in the Fresno community through excellence in the Arts.
Please join us in this celebration of excellence. The Horizon Award recipients will be honored during our State of the Arts event on Thursday, October 26th, 2023.
