Our rooms are Empowerment Red, Rejuvenation Green, Freedom Blue and Curiosity Yellow. The artwork will be part of the burgeoning art scene of the Grand Center Arts District with high visibility to the public and opportunity for sale.

We pride ourselves on only featuring artists within 200 miles of the hotel. Each biannual exhibition portrays the breadth of the talent in this region.

PHOTOGRAPHY SUBMISSIONS

Please prevent moisture wrinkling in your framed photographs. You can do this by:

• Printing on a heavier weight paper.
• Using a thick, non-absorbent backing like foam board between the frame's backboard and the artwork as a moisture barrier.
• Sealing the frame with acid-free gummed tape (or paper tape) to lock out moisture.
• Attaching cork bumpers to the back of the frame to allow airflow and prevent dampness.

Professionally framing your work speaks volumes to collectors. It says that you take yourself seriously, you will continue producing work and that you care for the longevity of your piece. By taking these steps you ensure your work with live on in their hands long after they have purchased it.

 FRAMING

• NO SAWTOOTH HOOKS.
• CANVASES MUST EITHER BE FRAMED OR BE PAINTED ON THE SIDES. ALL CANVASES (FRAMED AND UNFRAMED) MUST HAVE WIRE FOR HANGING.

Final pieces must be professionally framed and/or ready for display. This means all framed pieces have wires on the back and all wrapped canvas are painted on the sides if not framed and have wire for hanging. Submissions MUST INCLUDE final dimensions with framing. Pictures with framing of final works are preferred for submissions however, if not yet framed, please list the final dimensions in submission. ***If artwork presented does not match dimensions listed or is not professionally framed it may be rejected at delivery.***
