AWARDS

■ Cash Grants: (CAD 3000)
Gold Grant: CAD 1500 (3 artists, each CAD 500)                       

Silver Grant: CAD 900 (3 artists, each CAD 300)                             

Bronze Grant: CAD 600 (3 artists, each CAD 200)                                       

■ Excellence Award: 10 Artists will be selected for the cash prizes and will collectively win CAD 1,000.

■ International Group Exhibition
Selected artworks will be showcased in an international smart online group exhibition. All selected artworks will be exhibited online for 2 months from December 12, 2026, to February 12, 2027.

■ Artwork Promotion and Sales
All exhibited works will be available for viewing through the online showcase, with the option to sell. Artists are welcome to participate, whether or not their works are listed for sale or sold.

■ Artsy.net Largest Collectors Community Worldwide
Selected works, if available for sale, will be showcased and featured on ARTSY, one of the leading platforms for art collectors worldwide, broadening exposure and enhancing sales opportunities for artists.

■ Solo Exhibitions
Up to 10 Artists will be selected for an international smart online solo exhibition.

Each artists can showcase up to 15 artworks on their solo exhibition for two months.

■ Global Promotion: A promotion program will be executed to enhance the selected artists' exposure and increase the artwork's sales during the exhibition period.

This program includes:

- Press release sent out

- Catalogue circulation

- Social media presentation

■ Honorable Mention Award
Up to 10 artists will be selected to receive an Honorable Mention personalized digital award certificate as a testament to their artistic achievement.
This recognition is awarded to those whose exceptional creativity, technique, and artistic vision stood out among the submissions, showcasing remarkable talent and contributing to the overall excellence of the art call.
Artists selected for this award will be featured on social media channels.

■ Magazine Publication
Up to 10 artists will be selected to publish in Observica contemporary art magazine.

Each artist will be published in 2 colorful A4-sized pages of the magazine.

The artist's photo and biography will be published on one full page.

On the second page, the selected artwork image will be showcased along with the artwork data, artist photo, and a life-long active link with QR code.

■ Exhibition Catalogue
All selected artworks and artists will be published in a stylish colorful catalogue available online. The catalogue will remain available online in Biafarin platform and will be promoted internationally and circulated and available to thousands of viewers via popular publication gateways.

■ Additional magazines and books publication 

Up to 10 artists will have a chance to be chosen for publishing in a well-known art media magazines or books in Biafarin network.

■ Artist Achievement Certificate
A digital certificate will be issued and sent to all selected artists.

■ Curated Reviews
Selected artists will have the opportunity to receive professionally curated reviews, designed to enhance their artistic profile and broaden their impact.

■ Focused Interviews
A group of selected artists will be invited to participate in personalized interviews that strengthen their exhibition presence and deepen their connection with the global audience.

■ Audience Feedback
A select number of participating artists will be chosen to receive this award, which features curated and insightful feedback about their artworks, gathered through audience surveys and direct engagement with a trusted network of art enthusiasts. These reflections reveal how the artwork resonates with viewers, offering meaningful perspectives that enhance visibility, connection, and artistic growth.

■ News Circulations
The exhibition opening announcement will be featured in art media, showcasing the names of the selected artists alongside a stylish photo grid, introducing the Biafarin 4th Annual International Smart Group Exhibition.

Exhibition links and artist pages within the exhibition will remain active for life, boosting the selected artists' online visibility and SEO. The Buy button will be removed after the exhibition ends, but the page will continue to promote the artist's profile and achievements.

■ Exhibition Poster
A link to a downloadable version of the exhibition poster in various styles will be sent to each artist via email, creating a lasting memento of the exhibition.

■ Promotional Badges
A ready-to-use link to download and share the promotional badge for each jury-selected artwork will be sent to each artist, encouraging them to share their participation on social media and enhancing their visibility.

Jury Process

We use two phases for jurying. The first phase of jurying is the Yes/No selection, and the 2nd part is the scoring model. For scoring, each jury member scores artworks from 1 to 10. Artworks with the highest scores in the "Yes" group will be selected.

Why Selection Fee?

Submission to this art opportunity is free of charge, and we only ask the selected artists to pay a small fixed fee to proceed. 

This decision was made in good faith because we wanted artists to only pay when selected. We have a thorough jury process as our art opportunities are popular and have a low acceptance rate.

Originality and Rights: 
- Artworks must be entirely the work of the artist, executed without the supervision of an instructor.
- Artist should own all the rights for promoting, publishing and selling the artworks locally and internationally.
- Artworks that, in reasonable view of the organizer, include porn, violence, and/or racial, and religious hatred, inappropriate and/or offensive content, are not admissible.
- Entries must not be copies or derivatives based, in any way, on other copyrighted or published paintings, photographs, sculptures, or other artistic works.
- Organizers have the rights to use artworks and artists data for promoting the exhibition.
