All work must be delivered by Sep 1, 2026, at the latest.

Please note that artists invited to exhibit at Hugo Rivera Gallery must ensure their artwork arrives at the gallery no later than Tuesday, Sep 1. At the conclusion of the exhibition on Sep 27, all works must be picked up promptly. Artwork not collected after this date will incur a $5 per day storage fee. If the gallery does not receive a response from the artist within one month, the artwork will be donated to a nonprofit organization.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY OF ARTWORK:

The artist is responsible for the cost of shipping or mailing artwork to and from Hugo Rivera Gallery using UPS, Fed-X or USPS. A return shipping label and return postage must be included with the artwork or work will not be accepted. Artwork may also be hand-delivered to and picked up from Hugo Rivera Gallery on the appropriate dates during the scheduled times.

SPECIFICATIONS:
The exhibition will consist of two-dimensional work in all media. Wall pieces must be wired for hanging and no larger than 24″ W X 30″ H (Dimensions include framing and mounting). Accepted work cannot be substituted and must be available for the duration of the exhibit. Please contact The Gallery with questions about shipping concerns before you apply.

SUBMISSION:
Submit one to three JPG or JPEG digital images. 
File dimensions: 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side
File size: 5 MB maximum
You are welcome to send more than one angle or a close-up image of any work, however, please keep in mind that we only display 1 image per artwork.

For 2D works please crop the picture to be of the ARTWORK ONLY. Use a photo-editing app, if necessary, to remove excess shadows/highlights/blurriness/etc.

ACCEPTED ARTWORK must be delivered clean, framed, wired and ready to hang. Work to hang on the wall must be fitted with framing wire. Paint and any other materials must be dry. Each artwork must be clearly labeled on the back of the piece with the following information: Artist’s name, measurements, and title of the work.
