Bring the Green World to Life – Exhibit Your Plant-Inspired Art

Plantarium 2026: A Celebration of Botanical Wonder Through Art

What do you see when you look at a leaf? A simple form—or a universe of wisdom, memory, and life?

What happens in your heart when you walk into a forest, or see a flower blooming through a crack in the sidewalk?

If your art is rooted in awe, nurtured by the beauty of nature, or speaks in the language of petals, vines, roots, and chlorophyll, then Plantarium 2026 by Gallerium Art Exhibitions is your next creative home.

Why Submit to Plantarium 2026?

This isn’t just another art opportunity—it’s a living, breathing tribute to the plant world that sustains us all. Entering its 5th annual juried edition, Plantarium continues to grow into a global celebration of artistic expressions that highlight the silent miracles of plant life, from ancient trees to imagined blossoms.

Yes, there are awards, international exhibition and exposure, sales feature in Artsy, exhibition pages, social media features, and publication opportunities. But beyond the benefits, Plantarium is a space for artists who feel deeply connected to the green threads of life—and who want their voice to echo in harmony with the natural world.

In a world grappling with climate shifts, mental fatigue, and digital overload, this is your chance to ground your message—literally—in the beauty of botanical art.

What We're Looking For

Whether your work is figurative, abstract, surreal, symbolic, or conceptual—if it celebrates or is inspired by the plant realm, we welcome it.

Topics and Themes

Botanical Portraits: Singular studies of flowers, vegetables, trees, or leaves that capture their character and presence, like a sunflower with soul or a wise, weathered cactus.

Forests and Green Spaces: Majestic woods, hidden gardens, city parks, and green rooftops. Spaces where we breathe easier and feel more human.

Abstract Botanical Art: Let lines, shapes, and colors suggest the unseen language of plants—dreamlike representations that feel like nature in motion.

Environmental & Climate Art: Use plants to reflect on sustainability, deforestation, rewilding, or climate healing. Artworks that carry messages of hope, urgency, and regeneration.

Edible and Culinary Plants: A celebration of the farm to table journey. From juicy fruits and healing herbs to root vegetables and spices—paint what nourishes.

Medicinal & Ritual Plants: Visual narratives around ancient herbal wisdom—lavender, sage, chamomile, ginseng, ayahuasca, and beyond. Art as medicine.

Trees as Symbols: The tree of life, family trees, sacred groves. Explore myth, ancestry, growth, and the passage of time through arboreal art.

Plants & Mental Health: Houseplants, nature therapy, the healing presence of green. Artworks that express calm, grounding, growth, and emotional restoration.

Imaginary Flora: Invent new species, dream up glowing petals or forest spirits. Merge fantasy and botany into worlds unseen.

Seasons of Growth: Explore the plant world through the lens of seasons—spring’s renewal, summer’s bloom, autumn’s harvest, winter’s rest.

Urban Botanicals: Wildflowers in alleyways, vines overtaking buildings, plants growing in forgotten places—life finds a way.

Microscopic Botanica: Zoom into the unseen—pollen grains, plant cells, the internal architecture of a leaf. Science meets imagination.

Cultural & Sacred Plants: Banana leaves in temple rituals, olive branches for peace, marigolds on Day of the Dead altars. Explore plant symbolism across cultures.

Botanical Sculpture & 3D Expression: Plants interpreted through tactile forms—paper art, metalwork, fabric, ceramics. Invite the viewer to touch and feel.

Plants & Animals: Where flora meets fauna—pollination, symbiosis, nests in trees, butterflies on blossoms.
