BOAPS – Fall 2026 is our 3rd seasonal international open art opportunity presented by Biafarin, offering visual artists worldwide the chance to gain global exposure and receive cash grants. Established following spring seasonal and 5 consecutive years of the Biafarin Awards, BOAPS expands Biafarin’s commitment to supporting artists through exhibitions, publications, promotion, and sales opportunities.
Open to emerging and established artists working in all visual media, BOAPS – Fall 2026 welcomes artworks on any subject. Artists are invited to submit abstract or representational works in any 2D or 3D medium.
Selected artists will benefit from distributed cash grants, curated international smart online group and solo exhibitions, global online and social media promotion, publication in official catalogues and art magazines, sales opportunities, and long-term visibility through lifetime artist profile pages on the Biafarin platform.

Established following spring seasonal BOAPS and five consecutive years of the Biafarin Awards, BOAPS - Fall 2026 expands Biafarin’s commitment to supporting visual artists worldwide through cash grants, international exhibitions, publications, promotion, and sales opportunities.
BOAPS - Fall 2026 is open to artists working in all visual media and at all career stages. The Fall edition, our 3rd international seasonal art awards, provides direct financial support alongside curated exhibition, stylish publication, intensive online and social media promotion, sales opportunities, and sustained global visibility.
The subject of this art opportunity is FREE.
Artists can submit their artworks with any subject of their choice.
We invite artists to unleash their creative vision and present their most captivating works for this open art opportunity.

AWARDS
■ CASH GRANTS: (CAD 2500)
Major Grant: CAD 500 (1 artist)
Merit Grant: CAD 1000 (4 artists, each CAD 250)
Recognition Grants: CAD 1000 (10 artists, each CAD 100)
■ INTERNATIONAL GROUP EXHIBITION
All jury-selected artworks will be showcased in a curated international smart online group exhibition hosted on the Biafarin platform.
Artists may participate whether or not their works are listed for sale.
■ ARTWORK PROMOTION and SALES
Selected artworks will be presented through dedicated artwork pages and professional artist profiles. Artists may choose to list their works for sale or participate for exhibition and exposure only.
Biafarin facilitates discovery and visibility while artists retain full control over pricing and sales decisions.
■ Artsy.net GLOBAL COLLECTOR EXPOSURE
Selected artworks will be showcased on ARTSY, one of the world’s largest online communities of art collectors, expanding professional visibility and potential sales opportunities.
■ SOLO EXHIBITIONS
Up to 10 artists will be selected for international smart online solo exhibitions.
■ GLOBAL PROMOTION PROGRAM
A coordinated international promotion program will support selected artists throughout the exhibition period, including:
■ HONORABLE MENTION
Up to 10 artists will receive an Honorable Mention Award, including personalized digital certificates and social media recognition.
■ EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
All jury-selected artists will be featured in a professionally designed, stylish, and colorful catalogue available online and in print, hosted on the Biafarin platform and circulated internationally.
■ MAGAZINE PUBLICATION
Up to 10 artists will be considered for publication in art magazines and books within the Biafarin media network.
■ PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION and ARTIST BENEFITS
FEES
Submission is FREE
Only jury-selected artists will pay a nominal fixed selection fee of USD 50, with an early bird rate of USD 40 (20% discount).
Maximum 2 artworks will be selected from each artist.
JURY PROCESS
The jury process consists of two phases:
Artworks with the highest scores advance to final selection. Due to high interest, acceptance rates are competitive.
WHY A SELECTION FEE?
Biafarin International Open Prize does not charge artists to submit their work. A nominal fixed selection fee is requested only after jury selection, ensuring that artists move forward only when their work has been independently selected through a rigorous and competitive review process.

Size: There is no size limit for submitted artworks.
Duration: There is no limit for artwork creation year. Artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred.
Number of Artworks: Artists are invited to submit up to 10 pieces of their original artworks.
Originality and Rights:
- Artworks must be entirely the work of the artist, executed without the supervision of an instructor.
- Artist should own all the rights for promoting, publishing and selling the artworks locally and internationally.
- Artworks that, in reasonable view of the organizer, include porn, violence, and/or racial, and religious hatred, inappropriate and/or offensive content, are not admissible.
- Entries must not be copies or derivatives based, in any way, on other copyrighted or published paintings, photographs, sculptures, or other artistic works.
- Organizers have the rights to use artworks and artists data for promoting the exhibition.
Others: Artworks that, in reasonable view of the organizer, include porn, violence, and/or racial, and religious hatred, inappropriate and/or offensive content, are not admissible.
