Fresh Squeezed 2026 Annual Juried Show

Get ready to squeeze out your creative best! The Suffolk Art League is officially inviting regional artists to submit their work for our upcoming 2026 Annual Juried Exhibition, themed "Fresh Squeezed."

This is an open call for all SAL members to participate in our annual Juried Exhibition. We can't wait to see your interpretations!

DATES:  October 24 through December 4, 2026

ACCEPTABLE WORKS: This exhibit is open to artists working in all mediums (no video or audio accepted). They must be over age 18. Artwork must not have been previously exhibited at the Suffolk Art Gallery and should have been completed within the last two years.

ENTRY FEE:  Current S.A.L. members may submit up to three works for $30. Non-members may submit up to three works for $55 and full-time student non-members for $50, which includes an individual membership. All fees are non-refundable. 

$500 First Place and the opportunity to present a one-person show 

at the Suffolk Art Gallery in 2027

SUBMISSION OF WORKS: Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, September 16, 12:00 a.m.

Artists will be notified of acceptance by Fri., Sept. 25. 

Accepted work must be delivered to the Suffolk Art Gallery, 118 Bosley Ave. on Sat., Oct. 17, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. or Tues. Sept. 20. 

Works may be shipped to the Suffolk Art League, 118 Bosley Ave, Suffolk, VA 23434. They must be packaged in a reusable container with return postage included. Shipped artwork must be received no later than Saturday, Oct. 18.

All artists over the age of 18 may participate, working in all mediums except video, audio, or digital.
