Arkansas State University–Mountain Home (ASUMH) invites sculptors to submit work for the Mountain Home Art Walk Visiting Artists Series. This rotating outdoor sculpture exhibition features original works by emerging, mid-career, and established artists in a highly visible public setting.
Through a juried selection process, 2–3 artists will be chosen to exhibit a total of 10–12 sculptures along the Mountain Home Art Walk for approximately five months. Each selected artist will receive a $1,000 stipend to assist with travel, transportation, and exhibition expenses.
Sculptures may be offered for sale, but all sales transactions must be conducted directly between the artist and purchaser. ASUMH will not facilitate sales or receive commissions.

About the Exhibition
Arkansas State University–Mountain Home invites artists to apply for the Mountain Home Art Walk Visiting Artists Series, a biannual outdoor sculpture exhibition designed to bring exceptional public art to the Twin Lakes Region.
The Mountain Home Art Walk is a growing public art destination featuring permanent sculptures, walking trails, and outdoor gathering spaces. The Visiting Artists Series expands this vision by introducing a rotating collection of temporary sculptures exhibited twice annually.
Selected sculptures will remain on display for approximately five months, offering artists significant public exposure while enhancing the visitor experience along the Art Walk.
Exhibition Details
A panel of 3-4 qualified jurors will review all submissions and select approximately 10-12 sculptures for exhibition.
Site Information
Artwork will be displayed outdoors along the Mountain Home Art Walk at Arkansas State University–Mountain Home.
ASUMH can assist with installation when clear installation instructions are provided. Artists requiring specialized mounting systems, hardware, or fasteners may be required to assist with or oversee installation.
Artist Stipend
Each selected artist will receive a $1,000 stipend to help offset transportation, travel, installation, and exhibition-related expenses.
Sales
Artwork may be listed for sale during the exhibition. All inquiries, negotiations, contracts, payments, transportation, and transfer of ownership must occur directly between the artist and purchaser at the close of the exhibition. Any artwork sold during the exhibition shall remain on display until the exhibition's conclusion and may be released to the purchaser only after the exhibition has ended.
Arkansas State University–Mountain Home will not participate in sales transactions and will not receive commissions from sales.
