This year's Juror is Tamie Beldue!
Born in upstate New York, Tamie Beldue is a contemporary American artist focused in mixed media drawings. Beldue received a BFA from the Columbus College of Art & Design in Lithography and earned her MFA at the University of Cincinnati in Drawing. Beldue has exhibited extensively in the US in group and solo exhibitions, including the Fort Wayne Museum of Art Realism Biennial, Southern Ohio Museum, North Carolina Museum of Art, Mobile Museum of Art, the Arnot Art Museum’s Re-Presenting Representation and the Fontbonne University Fine Arts Gallery. Her works are in the permanent collections of the Arnot Museum of Art, The DeYoung Museum, Howard & Judy Tullman Collection, James T. Dyke Collection of Contemporary Drawings and the Sandy & Diane Besser Collection. Currently she is represented by Blue Spiral Galleries in Asheville, NC and Stanek Gallery in Philadelphia, PA and is currently a Professor of Art at the University of North Carolina Asheville.
Beldue will attend the opening reception on October 31 to give remarks and award prizes.

Exhibition inclusions will be juried from digital media, so quality is essential. Artists may submit up to three (3) works for the non-refundable fee of $20. All works entered must have been created within the last five (5) years (no earlier than 2021).
Images should be 300 dpi JPEG files, suitable for print.

Accepted Works and Shipping: Notification of acceptance via e-mail will be the week of September 7, 2026

October 31: Exhibition Opening and Award Presentation (7–9 pm)
December 13: Exhibition ends
December 16: Starting date for return of works (shipping will be on hold for the holiday rush between Dec 21 through Jan 3)
The Lore Degenstein Gallery reserves the right to not display work that differs significantly from the submitted files. All accepted works must be framed or otherwise ready to hang.
Mediums accepted: This exhibition highlights 2D art in drawing, painting, printmaking, and fiber. Digitally-created works and works created using AI are not allowed.
Shipping: Works may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, or hand delivered. Works will not be returned before the end of the exhibition.
Artists are responsible for shipping their work both ways. Either include a pre-paid (ready-to-use) label for return shipping in the package, or send via email.
