Pick a Color

Artists are invited to submit original artwork for Pick a Color at the Kavanagh Gallery of Fine Line Creative Arts Center, St. Charles, Illinois.

The color spectrum—Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet—is the focus of this show. Artists should pick one color from the spectrum for each piece they submit. Each piece may include many shades of one color, but only one color. The frame or stand for your art, if applicable, can be any color.  This all-media show is open to both 2-D and 3-D works.

The Fine Line Creative Arts Center is in the Fox River Valley, about an hour west of Chicago. The show runs from June 18 to July 17, 2026, and is open to any artist 18 or over who resides in the United States.
