Join the 5th annual Annapolis Holiday Market with other artisans, crafters, and holiday food makers for a fun and festive holiday market that includes live daily entertainment. It's located in a highly visible location near the intersection of Route 50, West Street, and Jennifer Road in the parking lot of Annapolis Mall, a thriving regional shopping destination that will keep the foot traffic coming. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located across the street, and about a dozen hotels are located within a 3-mile radius.
Annapolis serves as the State capital, home to the US Naval Academy, a regional hospital, and a gateway to the Chesapeake Bay, so there is a steady flow of tourists, employees, and locals in the area. We are seeking artists and crafters who create their own works, including but not limited to painters, photographers, glass, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, leather, woodworking, sculpture, fiber arts, bookmaking, and home decor,

Application Requirements
- We seek artists and crafters whose work represents the highest quality in design, materials, and workmanship. New vendors with resale items will not be approved. All vendors must be approved by the event and property owner. We maintain the exclusive right to refuse vendors who, in our sole discretion, do not meet event standards or add to an over-represented product category.
- Selling, promoting, or using tobacco, CBD, or marijuana related items, firearms, illegal products, overly political items, or items that are copyrighted or trademarked by others is prohibited.
- We prohibit vendor audio devices. Exceptions can be made; please note on the application if audio is requested.
- The vendor is responsible for the complete removal and disposal of all their material and trash from the event area. (Bring your own trash bags and do not dispose of your trash in onsite trash cans. Food vendors selling for onsite consumption or sampling must provide a trash receptacle for public use.
- All onsite backstock must be out of view, i.e., under cover. Tables, displays, and storage cannot extend beyond your space; all signage must be professionally designed; products must not contain profanity or potentially offensive displays; a return policy must be posted; at no time may a vendor call out to directly solicit a person, and no credit card signs may be displayed.
- Parking at the mall is available. Trailers are strongly discouraged as they do not fit in on-site parking spaces.
- Vendors that need to cancel should send an email as soon as possible to evansmgt@yahoo.com. No refunds.
- Vendors that do not show and give no notice or leave early may be banned from all future dates with no refunds
- Vendor breakdown starts at event closing each day. There is limited security on-site 24 hours a day. It is up to the vendor how much to pack up if they are attending the next day. All vendors must be out by 1.5 hours after the event closing unless other approval is given by the Evans Management Staff.
- The event site is not fenced off after hours. Event organizers do not accept any responsibility for damage or theft of products, tents, etc. Failure to vacate spaces within 1.5 hours after the event ends on Sunday, Dec 6 or Sunday, December 13, will cause a vendor to be banned from all future events.
- All participants in the Annapolis Holiday Market agree to allow images and audio of their booth, artwork, and persons to be used by Annapolis Holiday Market and Evans Management for promotional & marketing purposes.
- The artist must be present.

Booth Information
We want you to have a great experience. Show organizers and security are on-site while the holiday market is open. Please reach out to us anytime during the event if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
Costs
10 x 10 space is $675 per week or $1125 for both weeks
Double booth spaces are available.
$1 Million Liability Certificate of Insurance must be submitted with the application listing: Evans Management LLC, 38 City Gate Ln, Annapolis, MD 21401.
If you have employees working on-site, proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance is required when applying.
Setup
1. Move in/set up begins 3 hours before the event opening time. Vendor check-in is with Security at the event entrance. Vendors must unload quickly, then remove their vehicles from the event area. If the event area is at capacity, unloading/loading may require items to be carted to the market area. All vehicles must be out of the load/unload area 1 hour before opening time. A time on Thursday evening will be available for vendors wishing to start setting up a day before the market (weather permitting)
2. Equipment (tents, weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.) will be supplied by the vendor, not the event.
3. Vendors must secure their tents and/or umbrellas with suitable weights of 40 lbs. per leg minimum. Vendors failing to use weights on all tent/umbrella legs will be ejected from the show without recourse. No tent stakes allowed.
4. The event area is not fenced in; however, security is on-site 24/7. Vendors need to determine what inventory is left after hours, as organizers and the security company assume no liability for any theft or damage.
5. The event area is lighted; however, vendors will need to provide their own lighting for inside the tent. Battery-operated lights or using a power station are both good options, as no on-site electricity is available. No gas-powered generators.
6. Vendors may bring portable heaters that do not have an open flame.

This is a rain/shine/snow event. The event may be canceled or closed during severe weather. No refunds
