This is a juried show.

• Artists are required to pay a $25 application fee. Booth fees are due upon acceptance to the show.
• The 10x10 booth space fee is $200. We do have limited 10x20 booth spaces. The fee is $400.
• Youth artists are required to pay a $25 application fee. The 10x10 booth space fee is free.
• Food vendors are required to pay a $25 application fee. The 10x10 booth space fee is free.

All participants will be juried using digital images which will be viewed on a computer screen. Photos must be representative of the work to be sold. The Art Show Committee will refuse the exhibition of work that is not consistent with submitted photos or show rules. By completing the application to participate in the art show, you, the artist, certify that all work is in strict conformity with the rules of eligibility. The art show committee is the sole arbiter of any dispute, and the decision of the committee is final and binding

Awards: All artists with work on exhibit will be eligible for a ribbon award and a cash prize.

Youth Artists: We invite young artists to apply to attend our show. Young artists must be between the ages of 7-18 (must be 18 or younger at the time of the show). All work must be original in concept and design and must have been executed by the applicant. Work from molds or kits, commercial or manufactured items, and mass-produced items are not permitted. Media is limited to Fine Art/Fine Craft in the categories listed above. 

Amenities for All Artists

• Complimentary coffee and pastries for artists both days in the air-conditioned Artist Lounge - open throughout the show for breaks. 
• Volunteers walk through the show to give artists breaks 
• Security patrols the grounds Friday and Saturday nights

Eligibility: All works must be original in concept and design and must have been executed by the applicant. Work from molds or kits, commercial or manufactured items, and mass-produced items are not permitted. Artists may exhibit and sell their art, provided that each piece of work is of original  artisanship by the artist exhibiting. We are seeking originality, a professional booth display, and handcrafted fine art of the highest quality. We do not accept commercially made items. Work that has been made with the use of commercial kits, molds, patterns, stencils, or prefabricated forms will not be accepted. The art show committee reserves the right to reject any entry or exhibit that does not comply with these guidelines.

Loss/Damage: Artists are responsible for their own product/contents. It is the responsibility of  the artist to insure and keep the area you are occupying for this event. Town Square/Green Lake Renewal is not insured to cover your property or contents within your booth space. By signing this application, you agree that Town Square/Green Lake Renewal will not be liable for loss or damage of artwork or display material.

Exhibition: Each artist will be responsible for preparing, exhibiting, setup, and takedown of their work, and collecting the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales tax. Spaces are preassigned and non transferable. A 10’x10’ booth space is provided. Only 1 medium per booth space is allowed.

Rain Arrangements: There is no alternative indoor location. Each artist is responsible for providing his/her own protection from the elements for themselves, the work and display  material. Unfortunately, registration/booth fees cannot be refunded because of undesirable weather.

Expectations for Artists: Please practice patience and understanding with everyone at this fun art show. During set-up, the days of the event, and take-down, artists are expected to behave respectfully toward all event staff, volunteers, their fellow artists, and art show guests.

Digital Images of Artwork: Four (4) digital images that accurately represent the scope of work to be exhibited must be submitted with the artist’s online application form. Artists must also submit one (1) booth image. The professionalism of the booth is taken into account by the jurors. Accepted artist application images may be used for publicity purposes. All artists will be credited if their images are used (Artists will be tagged if social media handles are provided in application). 

Tax Information: Applicants are required to provide a Wisconsin Tax Account Number and the last four digits of their Social Security Number (SSN) or Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). A SSN or FEIN is required of all participating applicants in compliance with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Temporary Events Program. Artists not conforming to Wisconsin Department of Revenue regulations may not exhibit. Applications cannot be processed until all required materials (online application and images, jury fee, signed legal agreement, and tax information) are received.  

Correspondence: Unless special arrangements have been made with Town Square Community Center staff, correspondence (including acceptance) will be sent to the email address provided through the online application system. It is the responsibility of the artist to check their email regularly and to notify Town Square Community Center of changes to email addresses or contact info. Correspondence will come from "artshow@greenlaketownsquare.org" please add this address "safe senders" or contacts.

Security: Security will be provided on Friday and Saturday nights; however, Town Square Community Center is not liable for artists’ work or property. 

Youth Artists: Please note, a parent or guardian must be present in your booth at all times.

Booth Fees:

• 10x10 booth space fee is $200.
• 10x20 booth space fee is $400.
• Youth booth space fee is $0.

Booth Space and Set Up Information:

• Single booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Double booth spaces are 10’ x 20’. 
• There is 1 foot of space between booths. 
• Tents larger than your selected booth are not permitted. 
• All booth spaces are either on grass or blacktop/cement unless. Please indicate if you have a preference in your application. 
• All booths must be weighed down with minimum 50lb per side. Artists must supply their own weights. 
• Electricity is NOT available. 
• Artists must supply all of their own display materials, as well as chairs, tables, etc. 
• While specific booth spaces cannot be guaranteed, every attempt will be made to honor booth requests. 
• No sharing of booth spaces is permitted.  
• Booth set up times will be shared with artists upon acceptance to the show. Artists must be in their booths and set up by 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday.  
• Please note that only artwork similar to the submitted art in the application is permitted. Any pieces that significantly differ will be requested to be removed or put away.
