Talbot Street Art Fair, Inc. invites you to submit your entry to the oldest juried art fair in Central Indiana, founded in 1956. Our long standing reputation has established this show as a top quality, juried exhibition of fine arts and fine crafts. Talbot Street Art Fair is held in Indianapolis, Indiana in the picturesque Herron-Morton neighborhood which graciously hosts us each year; this area is full of quaint restaurants and coffee shops and is close to downtown Indianapolis. We have strong community support thanks to our intensive marketing with local tv, radio and social media which draws approximately 60,000 attendees annually. Customers are loyal and come rain or shine, hot or cold. We pride ourselves on continuing to offer free admission to this beloved, family-friendly event. The fair provides security at every entry point and patrols regularly. Overnight security is provided in addition to daytime support.

10' x 10' booth $400. Most spaces have 2’ of “back booth” space for storage etc. Sidewalks may NOT be blocked and must remain passable for emergency personnel and/or committee and staff of the fair at all times.
Each exhibitor must provide his/her own display. No generators allowed. Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of the Talbot Street Art Fair Committee. Booth spaces easily accommodate a 10' x 10' white canopy tent.
The majority of spaces on this historic city street, have the front 6' of the space at street level, and the remaining 4' of space on the sidewalk, which can vary from approximately 3" to 6" higher than the street. Please plan to shim accordingly to level your display. Space requests are submitted upon application; if you are a returning artist and want your previous space, we will do our best to accommodate that request.
ADDITIONAL SPACE: There are a limited number of double spaces available. These will be assigned on a first paid, first reserved basis. Additionally, there are a small number of larger spaces ranging from 14' to 18’ within designated areas at $40 per additional foot. You will be contacted via email as early as 3/15 and as late as 6/3 as extra footage becomes available. Additional footage will also be assigned on first paid, first reserved basis.
PREMIUM INTERSECTION CORNERS: Limited spaces available for additional $150 on a first paid, first reserved basis.
SET UP: Friday afternoon from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Saturday morning beginning at 6:30 am until 8:30 am; all vehicles must be off the street by 8:30 am. If there are concerns about being able to set up in time, please contact us via email. Artists will not be allowed onto the streets with their vehicles until 12:00 noon on Friday due to city and neighborhood restrictions (committee members and block captains have early access). Booths must be fully set up by 9:00am on Saturday for judging to begin. **Attempting to access your booth early without checking in will jeopardize future acceptance into this event.**
Patrons often arrive before the official fair opens at 10, therefore selling can begin as early as 9:00 am when judging begins; we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the eager early birds. Artwork may be left in place overnight at the artist's discretion and acceptance of liability. Security will be on duty from Friday morning through 7:00 pm on Sunday.
