Join us on Saturday, March 6 (12–6pm) and Sunday, March 7 (10am–4pm) at The Machine Shop in Northeast Minneapolis for a vibrant, two-day art fair honoring Women’s History Month.

JURY PROCESS
Approximately 65 artists will exhibit in the show. The slots will be filled through a competitive jury process based on the jury score within each category. At least 2 rounds of invitations are standard.
Each artist is required to submit a total of five (5) images (four images of CURRENT work and one booth image) along with a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE jury fee per media. All work to be exhibited must be represented in the images. Each of the four images should feature individual pieces that accurately represent the body of work to be exhibited; work shown in the images must be representative of current work.Artists may apply once per media. Collaborating artists (defined as “Artist Partner” on ZAPP™) may apply to participate at the event, but only joint work may be shown and sold. Both names must appear on all application materials and both artists must contribute to the creation of the art pieces.
Application Requirements
- This event is open to women and woman-identifying artists, including cis women, trans women, and nonbinary or gender-expansive individuals who identify with womanhood in any way.
- For artist duos or teams, at least 50% of the group must identify as a woman (as described above) and a woman-identifying artist must be on-site during all event hours.
- Artists must be on-site during the event, though we are flexible to other staff/family/friends working the booth at times too.
- No sell through items. (Buy/Sell not allowed)
- No AI Art
- Artists may only sell items represented in their application and only sell items within the media category they were juried into.
- Artists are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and setup. We Made This Art Fair and Homespun Events are not responsible for loss or damages.
- All work must be for sale. Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for the collection and reporting of applicable sales tax.
- Artist booths must be open all hours of the festival. No late arrivals or early exits.

Approximately 65 vendors will be selected to participate.
There will be 3 booth options:
1. A standard 8x8 booth - $375 (all standard booths will be on the main floor of the venue, load in will be through the front door and across a level floor)
2. A standard corner 8x8 booth - $450 (all standard corner booths will be on the main floor of the venue, load in will be through the front door and across a level floor)
3. A discounted 8x8 booth (2nd floor) - $275 (all discounted booths will be on the 2nd floor of the venue, load in will be through the front door and up an elevator or stairs - carts allowed)
Refund Policy
Deadline for Artist Cancellation - January 29 with full refund. 50% refund for artist cancellations between January 30 and February 5. No refunds after February 5. (No refunds for application fees regardless of cancellation date.)
