Opportunity Summary
Queeny Art Fair is presented by the Greater St. Louis Artists. We have been bringing fine art and fine craft to the Greater St Louis and surrounding area for over 50 years. This is a juried Fine Art and Fine Craft show. It is held in the newly remodeled, climate-controlled, Greensfelder Recreation Complex at Queeny Park in Ballwin, MO. Multiple awards are given to artists.
This show is well known for both its artists' hospitality and ease of setup. Our reasonable entry fee ensures 5,000+ plus art loving patrons.
We have live music, food and adult beverages, Children's Art Discovery, a cafe area and art demos. Spacious free parking is provided for artists and patrons.

Booth Shot Information:
Do not underestimate the importance of a new and accurate booth photo. These booth shots can be indoors or outdoors. While the standard booth size for this fair is 8' x 10', booth shots can be a similar size. Remove all names and people from the photo.
Amenities:
- Free Electricity is provided to each booth.
- Free Wi-Fi is also available for processing payments.
- Indoor restrooms and a breakroom are available.
- If you need a break, booth sitters are available.
Food and Drink:
- Saturday and Sunday mornings, we have a Free Continental Breakfast starting approximately one hour before the show.
- After the show on Saturday evening, we have a Free Pizza and Conversation get together.
- During the show hours we have vendors with food, drinks and adult beverages. If you have specific food needs, (snacks), we suggest that you bring them with you in the morning for your consumption during the show.
- To remain environmentally friendly, we no longer provide disposable bottles of water for the artists. We suggest bringing a refillable water bottle which may be filled at the water fountains’ filtered water station.

Booth Size:
Single booth 8ft deep x 10ft wide, XL Booth 8ft deep x 15 ft wide, limited corner booths available in both sizes. We cannot accommodate 10ft X 10ft booths.
Artist's Name:
When completing the application, use the name that you want shown on your booth sign, name tag, and brochures when completing your entry. No changes will be allowed to the artist's name after submission. (If your account in Zapp does not have your preferred first-name and last-name you can change it in your Zapp Profile and all your history will be retained.)
Application Requirements
All display items, chairs and artwork must fit within your allotted booth space.
All work displayed must be in the juried mediums for which you were accepted. Jewelry is not to be sold without going through the jury process. Jewelry is defined as earrings, necklaces/pendants, rings and bracelets. If any mediums are displayed that were not juried in, the artist will be asked to remove the items. If the items are not removed, the artist will be required to leave and will not be invited back.
Artists are to be present during all show hours.
Booth shots can be indoors or outdoors but must show the total booth, sides and back. Booth shots should not contain any signage identifying the artist or people in the booth shot and if they do it may result in a lower score. While the standard booth size for this fair is 8' x 10', booth shots can be a similar size.
NO open flames are allowed by order of the fire marshal.
Due to health considerations, NO strong scents or perfumed products will be permitted.
Music will be provided at the show. Recorded or live music played in booths is not permitted. Loud demonstrations where the sound reaches outside the booth are prohibited.
Electricity is provided free for all artists. Total electricity allowance is 300 watts per booth and may not be exceeded. This includes all lights, credit card machines, electronic displays, fans or any other electrical devices. To figure out your total watts, add the watts of each device. Six 50-watt light bulbs equal 300 watts. The facility lighting may be inadequate for displaying your artwork. Artist-supplied lighting is recommended to showcase your work. Bring any extension cords or power strips needed for your setup.

Display
Artists must set up a stable display with professional appearance within the above dimensions. There will be Art Fair committee members checking to see that booths meet all specified requirements. This includes making sure that only the medium for which the artist was juried is being shown. If any items are deemed to be outside the artist's juried medium, they will be asked to remove said items immediately. All display items, including chairs, must be within the 8x10 or 8x15 assigned layout.
The walls - which can include Propanels, pipe and drape, covered grids, etc. are to be a minimum of 7 ft tall and extend the entire length of the side and back of the booth's dimensions. Non-corner booths must have 3 walls, and corner booths must have at least 2 walls.
Artists are responsible for providing their entire display, including any chairs, tables, or light fixtures. A limited number of carts are available for load in/out. Artists may have to wait to access a cart.

Refund Policy
Last Day to Cancel
- Jury Fees are non-refundable
- In the event the show is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all booth fees will be refunded as soon as possible but jury fee remains nonrefundable.
- If an artist cancels before the February 12, 2027, deadline, 50% of the booth fee will be returned. After February 22, 2027, no booth fee refunds will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted to: queenyartfairstl@gmail.com
