Artwork Requirements

All artwork exhibited must be original, created within the last five (5) years, and signed by the artist.

Handcrafted work must be produced entirely by the artist and may not be made from commercial kits, molds, patterns, or plans.

By exhibiting, the artist guarantees the accuracy, originality, and authenticity of all work displayed.

All reproductions—framed or unframed—must be clearly labeled “REPRODUCTION” or “LIMITED EDITION REPRODUCTION.”

Digital art must be original artwork created on a computer and must be signed and numbered.

Photography must originate from the artist’s original work and must be signed.

Ceramic work must be handmade by the artist. If multiple pieces of the same design are displayed, each piece must be signed.
Items NOT eligible for exhibition include:
Crocheting, knitting, picture frames, manufactured items, jewelry made from kits, ceramics cast from commercial molds, art supplies, commercial displays, commercial clothing, or any non-original items. This includes—but is not limited to—posters, greeting cards, postcards, calendars, t-shirts, and similar merchandise.
Compliance & Enforcement
Displays will be reviewed periodically by the Viewing Committee throughout the festival. The Committee has sole discretion to require the removal of artwork that violates festival rules. No refunds will be issued to artists required to remove non-compliant work.
Artist Setup & Breakdown
Artist setup begins Friday, at 2:00 PM.
All artists must be fully set upFebruary 12th and all vehicles removed to designated parking areas by 8:30 AM on Saturday, February 13th. Artists not set up by this time will forfeit their space to alternates.
In the event of an emergency:

Late arrivals must call ahead.

No-shows must notify the Art Festival Committee at (863) 640-5693 on or before Noon on Friday, February 12, 2027.
Failure to notify the Committee will result in disqualification from future Central Park Art Festivals.
Artists who close their exhibit before 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 14 will be disqualified from future festivals and will forfeit all rights to prize money.
Security
Festival security will be provided.
Sales Tax
Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and remitting 7% Florida Sales Tax on all sales.
Pets
NO PETS are permitted. Artists may not bring pets onto the festival site.
Media Categories
Artists may exhibit work only in the media category for which they were accepted. All work displayed must match the quality, category, and body of work submitted with the application.
Tents & Safety Requirements
For the safety of artists and patrons, each tent must be secured with 40-pound weights on each leg.
Only white tents are permitted.
