Opportunity Summary
Crooked Tree Arts Center’s 2026 Holiday Bazaar is a showcase of original art available for purchase during the winter holiday shopping season. The juried exhibition will be installed and available for sale in the CTAC galleries Artwork displays will be set up by CTAC’s Visual Arts staff.

Application Requirements
PARTICIPATION
Selected applicants will be notified via email by October 13, 2026, and must accept the invitation by October 17, 2026.
CTAC staff will work with selected applicants to determine the appropriate quantity of inventory for inclusion and display.
All exhibited work must be original in concept and must have been created by the accepted applicant. No work made with commercial kits may be exhibited. Reproductions of original art may be sold, but must not comprise more than 25% of exhibited work. The artist’s contact email provided on the application must remain active during the submissions and exhibition process. The artist is responsible for checking their email for exhibition acceptance and/or decline, and other information regarding the exhibition. No work will be accepted after the listed delivery dates.
Artwork may be dropped off or shipped to CTAC. Art drop-off days are October 27 - November 3, 2026.
If you ship your work and cannot retrieve it in person at the end of the exhibition: Exhibited work that is not sold will be returned to the artist at the end of the exhibition using the exhibitor-provided shipping box and a prepaid return shipping label. Prepaid shipping labels must be provided to CTAC when your artwork is delivered.
Hand-delivered work, for which no appropriate return shipping containers and pre-paid shipping labels are provided, must be picked up by January 9, otherwise it becomes the property of Crooked Tree Arts Center.
ART WITHIN REACH SECTION
This year, the Holiday Bazaar will include a dedicated section featuring selected artwork priced at $100 or less. This section is intended to make original artwork more accessible to visitors with a range of budgets. Artists interested in having work considered for this section should consider including select pieces priced at $100 or less among their submitted artwork. We understand that not all artists or artwork will fit within this price range, and participation in this section is not required. Inclusion in the section will be determined by the gallery based on available space and overall exhibition needs.
SALES
The sale price written on the intake packet is the FINAL price. Exhibitors may not change the sale price after the work is accepted for exhibition. CTAC will retain a 40% commission on work sold during the exhibition. Artists receive 60% of the final selling price. Checks from CTAC will be mailed by the tenth day of the month following the sale of the item.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Artists selected to exhibit in the Holiday Bazaar will be asked to submit high-resolution images to be used for marketing purposes by October 17, 2026.

Booth Information
SIZE RESTRICTIONS
- Work intended to be displayed on the wall must be framed and ready to hang with D-rings and hanging wire. Unframed works can be sold if in protective sleeves. Please do not exceed 36” in a single dimension.
- 3D work intended to be displayed on a flat surface must be freestanding. Please do not exceed a maximum weight of 15 pounds.
