ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival 2027

Celebrating its 38th year, ArtsQuest is a beloved juried fine arts show awarding $10,000 in cash prizes to outstanding artists in a variety of categories, including Ceramics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Oils & Acrylics, Original Digital Art, Photography, Sculpture, Wood, and Works on Paper (Watercolor, Printmaking, Pastels, Pencils, Ink). ArtsQuest is a rain-or-shine event that welcomes art lovers year after year.

All submissions are juried by respected art industry professionals. Award winners from the 2025 ArtsQuest show will receive automatic acceptance — with no jury fee — into the next year’s festival if they meet the application deadline, helping build lasting connections with loyal buyers and collectors.

Artists at ArtsQuest compete for $10,000 in cash awards, including Best in Show, First and Second Place, Awards of Excellence, Judges’ Choice, Awards of Merit, and Best Booth — all based on the judges’ scoring of each artist’s body of work as displayed in their booth.

1. ArtsQuest is a juried fine arts festival showcasing high-quality, original artwork. All artists are welcome to apply, whether new or returning.
2. Award winners from the 2026 ArtsQuest show who submit their application on time will be automatically juried into the 2026 festival.
3. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis: corner booths are $425, single booths are $375, and double booths are $700. Power is included in the booth fee. Booth placement priority is:

7. Artists may jury into more than one category, but a separate application and jury fee are required for each. Artists accepted in multiple categories will exhibit within a single booth unless a double booth is reserved.
8. The exhibiting artist must be present for the entire festival — no agents or stand-ins are permitted.
9. Prints or reproductions may not exceed 25% of the total display. Postcards, t-shirts, books, or other mass-produced items are not permitted. Violations may result in dismissal from the festival.
10. Each artist is responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax on all sales. 
11. If a piece is created collaboratively, all artists must be listed on the application.
12. Standard booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’. Double booths are available in limited supply. Exhibitors must provide a clean white 10’ x 10’ tent for each booth space. Tent rentals are available only through festival-approved vendors.
13. A minimum of three feet of space will be provided between the back of booths for power access. If you require extra space for seating or storage, we strongly recommend purchasing a double booth.
14. Booth display images submitted must accurately represent the artist’s actual festival setup, including display equipment, inventory, signage, shelving, and cases.
15. Artwork images submitted with the application must reflect the actual work that will be shown and sold at the festival.
16. Tent extenders, risers, or similar structures are not permitted unless shown in the submitted booth image.
17. ArtsQuest staff and volunteers are not available to help with load-in or booth setup. Please plan to make your own arrangements. If you need additional assistance, please contact our office by April 24th and we will do our best to help coordinate paid assistance.
18. Access to electricity is included in the booth fee.
19. Vehicles must be parked only in designated artist parking areas. Parking violations may affect participation in future festivals.
20. R/V and camper parking is not allowed. There are several R/V rental sites near the Festival. If traveling with a detachable trailer, overnight trailer parking MAY be available upon request but is not guaranteed. If you need to plan for overnight detached trailer parking, please contact our office before April 24th, 2027. 
21. Artist load-in is on Friday, April 30, 2027. Any special load-in requests must be indicated on the application but are not guaranteed. Load-in details and assigned times will be emailed a couple of weeks prior to the festival.
22. Artists must be on-site during festival hours: Saturday, May 1: 10 AM – 7 PM and Sunday, May 2: 10 AM – 5 PM.

Booth fees are $385 for a single booths and $445 for corner booths. A limited number of double booths are available for $700.  Access to electricity is included in the booth fee. Booth space is approximately 10' x 10' and artists are responsible for providing tent and all exhibit equipment. Tents with (4) sidewalls may be rented through the Festival for $350.

All tents must be staked and weighted on the grass surface in the instance of wind. Artists should be prepared for inclement weather. The use of pop-up tents is discouraged due to instability during wind and rain. This is a rain or shine event so please come prepared.

Power is included in the booth fee. Power will run off of quiet generators. Please bring extenstion cords.

Any request for a refund must be made in writing by 11:59pm CST on March 26, 2027. No refunds will be made after the deadline.
