Haunted Hazel Park Halloween Art Fair 2026

The Haunted Hazel Park Halloween Art Fair 2026 will feature all things spooky! Every artist will be selling something Halloween, Fall, or Horror related. It will be held at Green Acres Park, a well known location locally for the many events that’ve been held there. Watch the park transform into a Halloween wonderland of art!

The Haunted Hazel Park Halloween Art Fair is a free event to the public.

• Painting: Works created in watercolor, oils and/or acrylics.
• Graphic Arts: Drawing, printmaking, t-shirts, computer generated art: Works created using dry media including chalk, charcoal, pastels, pencil, wax crayons, etc., or from a fluid medium of inks and washes applied by pen or brush.
• Mixed Media: Two and three-dimensional works that incorporate more than one type of physical material in their production. This genre includes sculpture.
• Photography
• Pottery/Ceramics/Glass: Original wheel thrown, hand built clay or mosaic design work. No machine-made or mass-produced work is permitted.
• Jewelry: Metal, glass, clay, fiber, paper, plastic or other materials.
• Fiber & Leather: Wearable and non-wearable work crafted from leather and natural fibers (basketry, weaving, tapestry and paper)
• Metal: Non-jewelry works crafted from metal.
• Wood: Original works that are hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
• Domestic: This includes soapmaking, candlemaking, and spices/food.
• Other: If it's something different than above (like toys) just apply! We would love to see something different that fits our aesthetic!

No music in vendor tents, we are supplying atmosphere.

• Paper applications are not available and printouts are not accepted.
• Electricity is not available. Generators are prohibited. 
• Works must be original and crafted by the artist(s), but reproductions by the artist are accepted. No AI, imports, or work made from kits.
• All artists are responsible for collecting and remitting the 6% sales tax to the State of Michigan. If you do not possess a valid Michigan Sales Tax License, you must file a Concessionaire's Return.
• You, your merchandise, and your staff may be subject to photography, video and audio recording, and otherwise reported on by the news and other media.
• The applicant is responsible for any bank fees incurred for insufficient funds. 
• At the conclusion of the fair, artists are required to leave their booth space clean (including the surrounding area) and properly dispose of their trash in the provided containers. 
• Acceptance of late applications is at the discretion of the HHPHAF.

• The purpose of the booth images is to ensure that you have a complete body of work, which is represented in the images submitted with your application and to give the planning committee an idea of your overall presentation at the fair. 
• All images submitted with the application should represent the current body of work to be exhibited and sold at the HHPHAF.
• Please provide us with your best selection of spooky/fall/horror pieces when applying. 
• The booth display image should represent your current tent and display to be used for exhibition at the fair.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
You may cancel your participation at the HHPHAF at any time and for any reason. All cancellations received in writing (email) by 5:00 pm on August 31st, 2026 will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given after this time. Once the booth fee is paid, failure to notify HHPHAF of inability to attend may result in disqualification from the HHPHAF in the future.

PETS
Animals are permitted at the HHPHAF but must be under control at all times, with dogs on no more than a 6' leash, and you must clean up after your pet. We ask pet owners to please be considerate of other fair artists and guests. 

$7 Application fee is non-refundable, even if you don't make it in the fair, this pays for the time spent going through the jury process. 

• $117 - Single tent space is 10' x 10' on grass.
• $217 - Double tent space is 10' x 20' on grass.

• $117 - Single booth space is 10' x 10' on a concrete slab. 
• $217 - Double booth spaces are 10' x 20' on a concrete slab. 
• There are a VERY limited number of pavilion booth spaces available (10 spaces in total). Double pavilion booth spaces are limited to 2 (first come, first served), and 6 single pavilion booth spaces. THEY WENT IN 2 DAYS LAST YEAR. 

• Pavilion Booth and Tent Spaces may be of any design, color, or character of the artist's choice so long as it is a sound, manageable, and insurable structure. Your entire setup needs to be within a 10' x 10' space. Artists will have to provide 40-pound weights on each corner of tents. This also goes for tables and shelving units, weight them down a little for YOUR sanity, not 40 pounds, but a little just to keep things sturdy. We would hate to see a display or table get knocked over due to wind. This is MANDATORY. It is insanely windy in Michigan now.
