Tulip Time Spring Makers Market 2027

Join us for one of Michigan's premier Makers Markets at Holland's renowned Tulip Time Festival! This beloved festival, celebrating its 97th year, is a ten-day experience like none other with over six million tulips blooming throughout the city and area attractions. Tulip Time has been heralded as the nation’s Best Flower Festival and America’s Best Small Town Festival. We expect over 15,000 visitors at the Makers Market alone. 

We invite you to apply for a spot at the 2027 Makers Market, showcasing over 200 talented vendors. This juried market welcomes Artisans, Makers, Crafters, and Vintage vendors. Food Trucks and Concessions are also encouraged to apply through this application.

• We do not accept Multi-Level Marketing companies, at all.

• You must have sufficient product for a full booth setup. This is for the sake of our shoppers, and your success.

• We do everything we can to be supportive of one another. If you feel as if you cannot be encouraging to other makers, engaged with shoppers, and have a positive attitude at shows, this may not be the market for you.

• If you are a food vendor, all food being sold at the market must be licensed by MDARD and created in a commercial kitchen. Packaging must follow state guidelines. 

• Only items juried into the show will be allowed to be sold during the Tulip Time Market Market. Vendors selling unacceptable items or items not juried into the show, will be asked to remove said items and/or vacate their space with no refund.
• Please note: “Tulip Time” is a registered trademark. Any products or materials featuring the name “Tulip Time” may not be sold or displayed in your booth without authorization. If you are found selling or displaying unauthorized items featuring “Tulip Time,” you will be asked to remove them from your booth.
• You must be present the entire time of the show and agree to be open during all hours. If you leave early, without permission, you will not be invited back.
• Booths are not transferable and may not be shared with other vendors.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying the State of Michigan Sales Tax of 6%.
• Security is provided overnight on Friday and Saturday.  Tulip Time will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 
• This is a rain-or-shine show. No provisions, refunds, or alternate dates are made in case of cancellations due to acts of God or government agency requirements.
• Vendors agree to allow Tulip Time Festival to use photos in promotions.
• Tulip Time Makers Market Coordinators reserve the right to remove any vendors from their space for not following the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions outlined in this document and the acceptance packet.
• Food Trucks/Concessions - If selected, you must supply a liability insurance certificate and Food Truck Licenses.  

All booths are approximately 12x12 spaces, allowing for one 10x10 tent. 

Vendors are responsible for providing all display needs, including tents, tables, chairs, weights, etc. Due to shallow water lines, tent and/or product stakes are NOT allowed. Please ensure your booth is properly weighted to withstand weather.

No smoking, loud sound systems, or generators are allowed in booth areas. No power or water is available at the booth site.

Absolutely no large utility trailers will be allowed to drive through the market to unload.  You will need to either have a wagon to bring in the product or email a request for outside row placement upon acceptance. 

Please note that NO motor homes/campers are allowed in vendor parking. 

Booth requests can be made upon acceptance by emailing the Market Coordinator. 

Upon acceptance, you may choose a single booth, corner booth, double booth, etc. These options are first-come first-serve upon payment.

Registration fee (non-refundable): $35 (paid at the time of application submission)

Single Booth (10x10): $325

Single Corner Booth (10x10) $375

Double Booth (10x20): $625

Double Corner Booth (10x20): $675

Triple Booth (10x30): $925

Food Trucks/Concessions: $925
