Sogn Valley Art Fair 2026

The Sogn Valley Art Fair boasts a 50+ year tradition of celebrating life in southern Minnesota. Nestled along the Cannon River, the event brings together the best of local agriculture, cottage industries and fine artists from around the region. Historically billed as a pottery fair, the Sogn Valley Art Fair now includes painters, printmakers, woodworking, fiber artists and leather goods. All media is welcome. 

Equal distance from the Twin Cities and Rochester, the Sogn Valley Art Fair attracts patrons from across the region. This two-day fair has something for everyone. Art making demonstrations, food trucks, and musical entertainment compliment the artist vendors in attendance. Enjoy the slower pace and regional offerings of Cannon Falls. While here, you will find great food, outdoor activities and entertainment.

The event is a two-day fair, hosted by ArtOrg in Cannon Falls, MN

• Confirmed artists will be assigned outdoor spaces. 
• Drive in Loading and Unloading available. 
• Nearby free parking available to artists.
• Indoor overnight storage is available
• Overnight Security
• Free Coffee Provided
• Food vendors onsite and nearby

 

• Sogn Valley Art Fair reserves the right to request artwork be removed for inappropriate, harmful or discriminatory content.
• Vendors are expected to be well presented with storage and back stock tucked under tables or covered.
• Vendors commit to being present both days of the fair for the duration of the show.
• No parking is permitted in the ArtOrg/VFW parking lot. Free parking is available across 4th Street.
• Vendors are responsible for their own transactions, & keep all profits
• Vendors must submit a MN ST-19 form to ArtOrg & for collection of state tax required (where applicable)
• Sogn Valley Art Fair, ArtOrg, or the VFW are not responsible for loss or damage. Vendors assume insurance for their own goods/products while onsite. 
• Sogn Valley Art Fair does not accept vendors of re-sale items (such as Avon, Norwex, Tupperware, Young Life, etc)
• This is a juried event. Vendors agree to show/sell items represented in their application. Please do not invite others to sell in your booth alongside you.

 

• Outdoor booths are 10’ x 10’
• Vendors are responsible for their own pop up tent, tables, chairs and displays. 
• Vendors are responsible to weight the legs of their pop up tent. 40 lbs per leg is recommended.
• Vendors will be assigned spaces and the venue map will correspond
• A limited number of extra large spaces are available (per request)
• A very limited number of indoor spaces are reserved for returning legacy artists.

Artist Booth: $150

Farmer/Cottage Food: $75

XL Booth: $300

Early set up is available on Friday, October 2nd, 6 - 8 PM 
Saturday morning set up begins at 8 AM 

 

Fees are nonrefundable. Cancellation or no show results in forfeiting 100% of ALL fees paid to date. 

Exceptions for refunds:

• Unexpected death in the family/close relations
• Testing positive for coronavirus
