Opportunity Summary
This is the inagural year of our wonderful new event, Flock Artfest.
Flock Artfest lands at Bayfront Park in Duluth on August 21 & 22 for a weekend full of art, creativity, and community along the Lake Superior waterfront.
Browse original work from over 100 talented artists, watch live art in the making, try your hand at art classes and interactive experiences, and bring the kids to the Kid Artist Tent. Plenty of food trucks, beverages, beer & wine will be on hand to keep everyone fueled up.
Friday 12pm–7pm and Saturday 10am–4pm. Come discover a new favorite artist, make something of your own, or just soak up the creative energy. There's something here for everyone.

The park features stunning views of Lake Superior and the iconic Aerial Lift Bridge. Its central location near downtown Duluth ensures easy access to hotels, restaurants, and transportation.

JURY PROCESS
Approximately 100 artists will exhibit in the show. It is a juried show, but all mediums are welcome to apply that are handmade and not AI generated or mass produced.
Each vendor is required to submit a total of 3 images.Booth fee is $350.

Application Requirements
Vendors are responsible for proper insurance and for protecting their booth and setup. Bayfront Festival Park & DECC are not responsible for loss or damage.
Vendor sales are between the vendor and the customer and vendors are responsible for all sales tax.
Security will be on the premise Thursday & Friday night.

Booth Information
Check-in & Set-up will be 2:00pm-7:00pm on Thursday, August 20 & 7:00am-11:30am on Friday, August 21 at Bayfront Festival Park. We will have a staff member assist you in finding your booth space. A site map with booth assignments will be sent prior to the start of the event.
Vendors will provide their own tent and WEIGHTS-required. A minimum of 20 lbs per tent leg= 80 lbs minimum. This is an outdoor event and weather preparations need to be a priority.
The booth fee for the weekend is $350. You will receive a link to the payment portal from the DECC once you are invited to the event.

An exhibition space of approximately 10’x10’ will be assigned to each vendor. Booths must be completely set up by 11:30am on Friday as the event begins at 12:00. Vendors must remain fully set up until the event conclusion at 4:00pm on Saturday. Vendors booths must remain open for the entiety of the event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting their own MN State sales tax, plus the city and county sales taxes.
Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, however, your application and booth fees are non-refundable.
