Webb School’s ArtXtravaganza 2027 will take place on Friday, March 19, Saturday, March 20 & Sunday, March 21, 2027 in the Lee Athletic Center on the campus of Webb School of Knoxville.
ArtXtravaganza has rapidly grown to become one of the premier art shows in the Southeast and has helped to further the careers of prominent artists. This will be our 25th year.

ArtXtravaganza is Webb School of Knoxville’s annual art show and sale, featuring original artworks by nearly 70 acclaimed artists from across the Southeast and beyond. Now in its 25th year, this three-day celebration of art and community features original artworks – ranging from paintings to sculptures, photography to woodwork, glass and metal works to jewelry – at a variety of price points.
ArtXtravaganza is one of the premier art shows in the Southeast and has helped to further the careers of prominent artists. The event showcases the amazing range of artistic talent in the region and helps establish Knoxville as a community aligned with the arts. Each year, ArtXtravaganza hosts a featured artist.
Proceeds from ArtXtravaganza support Webb School of Knoxville’s visual and performing arts, including its Artist-In-Residence Program. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from ArtXtravaganza is donated to an arts education program in the Knoxville community.

Cancellation deadline with FULL refund: December 15, 2026
Cancellation deadline with PARTIAL ($75.00) refund: December 30, 2026
*Please note: cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of the $150.00 booth fee.
ArtXtravaganza exhibits fine art from the following categories: painting, sculpture, metal, jewelry, glass, fiber art, ceramics, mixed media, photography, and wood. At this time, we are not exhibiting apparel. Please contact events@webbschool.org if you have questions about acceptable mediums prior to applying.
Webb School of Knoxville retains 30% of the gross proceeds from any and all receipts of sales made during Webb’s ArtXtravaganza. A detailed explanation is provided in our contract and commission agreement. All exhibitors will be required to submit a completed W-9 form with Social Security Number or Employee Identification Number for IRS purposes.
If you do not wish to pay through ZAPPlication, your application and booth fees may be sent to our office. Make checks payable to:

• Full-color professionally-produced invitations mailed to nearly 25,000 buyers in the Knoxville area
• Volunteer assistance and curbside unloading/loading
• Artists' hospitality lounge with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the show
• Facebook and Instagram pages promoting participating artists months prior to the show

Application Requirements
RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Artists will be accepted on their own merit. The selection committee will not be persuaded by artists' representatives.
• Artists’ booths must be manned at all times, and artists must be on-site during show hours. We will provide floaters for short breaks (15 minutes).
• The art show does not pay commissions to brokers or artist representatives.
• All art shown must be of the quality and style of work presented in the application.
• All work shown must be for sale, with the exception of commission sample pieces.
• Artists may only use the space and booth provided by the art show.
• Artists who break down booths or depart before closing time on any day of the show will not be allowed to return the following day or to future shows unless proof of an emergency is provided.
DIGITAL IMAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Your application submission MUST be accompanied by 6 digital images of your artwork (including a booth image). Images must be current and show artwork completed within the past two years. Please send artwork images in high resolution for use in our marketing. Recommended dimensions between 1420 &1920 pixels on the longest side (300dpi). In other words, the pictures on the longest side must be 4.73-6.4”.
All automatically-invited artists must submit images of current work on Zapplication as well.
Please include quality images of your work. We prefer images that are representative of the body of work intended for exhibition. Your submitted images stand as a visual contract between you and ArtXtravaganza, depicting the quality, medium and style of work you intend to exhibit at our show.

Please include a 200 word or less artist statement describing your work, style, influences, materials and techniques, etc. in the “Description of Materials and Technique” section.
ArtXtravaganza reserves the rights to use submitted images and artists’ statements for publicity before, during and after the show.

Booth Information
Art is displayed on a three-part peg board frame. Each of the three frames measures 4'w x 8'h and are set up in a zig-zag position. We provide a supply of J-hooks for hanging your artwork and also have a few shelving boards that can attach to the frames. In addition, there are a limited amount of open spaces for artists to bring their own pre-approved booth set-ups. These will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the open spaces have been filled, artists will be required to use our three-part peg board frames.
Each artist will be provided a small round table for paperwork and supplies.
We have observed that the larger the range of subject matter and price that our artists offer, the greater the appeal will be to a variety of potential buyers. Suggested inventory for the event is 30-50 pieces, depending on size. Storage space is limited, therefore artists should not expect to have overflow space for more than a few pieces. You may use as many of your easels as desired as long as they remain within your assigned booth space.
We realize that lighting enhances all artwork. Floor outlets and overhead lighting are provided. A clip-on lamp will be installed on each board for a total of 120 watts per booth. You may bring your own lighting/bulbs, if approved by the ArtXtravaganza staging committee, as long as the total wattage doesn’t exceed the maximum wattage of 120 watts per booth, due to fire code regulations.
