This exclusive festival invites 150 premier artists to showcase their work amidst the upscale surroundings of Kierland Commons. Artists may apply in more than one category, but you must provide images for each medium. If you apply in more than one category, your booth image must showcase art in the categories in which you are applying.
Artists Representation of original work: Artist agrees that all work submitted for the jury process and displayed at the show has been designed and created by the Artist. Artist may only display work that has been juried and accepted. Vermillion Promotions has the right to advise or disqualify any work that does not meet event standards and may take action as deemed necessary for compliance.

Artists may apply in more than one category, but you must provide images for each medium. If you apply in more than one category, your booth image must showcase art in the categories in which you are applying.
Artists Representation of original work: Artist agrees that all work submitted for the jury process and displayed at the show has been designed and created by the Artist. Artist may only display work that has been juried and accepted. Vermillion Promotions has the right to advise or disqualify any work that does not meet event standards and may take action as deemed necessary for compliance.
Application Requirements
Artists may apply in more than one category, but you must provide images for each medium. If you apply in more than one category, your booth image must showcase art in the categories in which you are applying.
1. Applicant's work must be of original design and personal execution unless otherwise pre-approved by Festival Committee.
2. All categories must be juried prior to acceptance.
3. Collaborating artists may apply to participate
4. One image of booth display and three images of current work are required for jury process. Entries will not be considered without a booth image. The booth image is used to judge appearance, professionalism and creativity and will assist in the determination of placement in the most advantageous location.
5. Images may be selected and used by Vermillion Promotions.
6. There will be a $25.00 fee for all bank returned checks.
7. Artists must provide a valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax ID number prior to acceptance.
8. Artists must provide clean white fire retardant canopies and professional displays. Canopies must properly weighted. Tables must be draped to the ground and pro-panels and pedestals are preferred for displaying your work.
9. Staking into pavement is prohibited and tying to landscape or structures is strictly prohibited
10. Exhibitors display must represent artwork submitted for jury of this event.
11. All work, display and storage must stay within designated space.
12. Exhibitors must be checked-in and be setup up by 10am on opening morning or exhibitor may be considered a no-show and his/her space may be given away without refund.
13. Exhibitors must park in designated artist parking areas during show hours.
14. Set up and breakdown times will be strictly enforced.
15. Vendors and Artists are prohibited from parking inside of show area prior to check-in times. This will be strictly enforced by local law enforcement and Festival Staff.
16. Failure to comply with rules may result in expulsion from the event. Vermillion Promotions reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

10' X 15" = $550.00
10' X 20' = $850.00
* Set-up begins Friday at 9am or Saturday morning from 7:00am to 9:30am. All participants must be completely set-up and ready for business by 10:00am.
* Space assignments are made based on booth images, exhibit flow, and artist's requests when possible.
