Application Categories:
Artists may apply in more than one category, but you must provide images for each medium. If you apply in more than one category, your booth image must showcase art in the categories in which you are applying.
Artists Representation of original work: Artist agrees that all work submitted for the jury process and displayed at the show has been designed and created by the Artist. Artist may only display work that has been juried and accepted. Vermillion Promotions has the right to advise or disqualify any work that does not meet event standards and may take action as deemed necessary for compliance.

Application Requirements
1. All work must be of original design and personal execution.
2. All categories must be juried prior for acceptance.
3. Collaborating artists may apply to participate, but both must be juried.
4. One image of booth display and four images of current work are required for jury process. Entries will not be considered without a booth image. The booth image is used to judge appearance, professionalism and creativity and will assist in the determination of placement in the most advantageous location.
5. Images may be selected and used by Vermillion Promotions for marketing and publicity.
6. There will be a $35.00 fee for all bank returned checks and cancellations.
7. Artists must provide a valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax number prior to setup
8. Artists must provide clean white fire retardant canopies and professional displays. Canopies must be properly weighted. Tables must be draped to the ground and pro-panels and pedestals used to display work.
9. Staking or tying off to structures or trees is prohibited.
10. Exhibitors display must represent art work submitted for jury.
11. All work, display and storage must stay within designated space.
12. Space assignments may be requested, however all space assignments are the final decision of Vermillion Promotions, and Vermillion Promotionsw reserves the right to change or modify booth locations as they deem necessary.
13. Exhibitors must be checked-in and setup up by 9:00am on opening morning or exhibitor may be considered a no-show and his/her space may be assigned to another artist without refund.
14. Exhibitors must park in designated artist parking areas. This will be strictly enforced by Security.
15. Set up and breakdown times will be strictly enforced. Vendors/Artists are prohibited from parking inside of show area prior to check-in times.

* Marketing/Space Fee as follows:

10 X 15" = $550.00
10' X 20' = $850.00
* Set-up begins Friday at 7am until 9pm or Saturday morning from 7:00am to 9:30am. All participants must be completely set-up and ready for business by 9:30am.
* Space assignments are made based on booth images, exhibit flow, and artist's requests when possible.
