Under the Oaks Fine Arts & Crafts Show is one of the top rated art shows in the country, with a draw of 50,000+ over a three day weekend. This show is held under a lovely canopy of shady oak trees in a city park setting, Participating artists have voted this one of their favorite shows for exhibiting, rating it the #1 Florida Show with regards to sales. This is a very well run show, organized, ‘artist friendly' and with a knowledgeable show staff.

Vero Beach UTO Application Prospectus – 2027
The Vero Beach Art Club is pleased to announce our application is now available for the 76th annual Under the Oaks Fine Arts and Crafts show on March 12TH, 13TH, and 14TH, 2027 with new show hours of Friday 10 to 5, Saturday 10 to 5, Sunday 10 to 4. .
Join your fellow artists and craftsmen under the majestic live oaks in Riverside Park as we celebrate the Vero Beach Art Club's premier annual juried art event. Each year crowds number more than 50,000 for this three-day prestigious event. The 2027 event promises to be better than ever with our strong advertising promotions. Approximately 230 artists are invited to participate in the show with ribbons and monetary awards presented in numerous categories. Under the Oaks offers easy set-up and take-down, booth sitting, full breakfast each morning, adjacent offsite RV parking, and a group of volunteers eager to make your stay in Vero Beach a pleasant experience. However, NEW THIS YEAR: the Fire Department will no longer permit us to park our vehicles behind our booths as we have done before. This is a new statewide mandate on event/fire safety. You will be able to drive to your booth site during new extended hours, and drop your artwork, tent, etc, and move your vehicle to an offsite parking lot.
No RV’s or large box trucks in park, if this is the case all artwork to be hand carted in!

- One category per application. Booth tent is 10’ x 10’ with 2’ in between. Maximum height may be restricted to10 ft due to trees. Double booths extending backwards behind your tent spot are now allowed as a major benefit of not having a vehicle back there!. Extended hanging systems beyond the allotted 10 x 10 tent space in the new additional 10x10 directly behind your tent will be subject to a $150 additional fee on setup day. Please note: Not all locations will allow a double booth space to extend backwards.
- Four digital images required with online application (3 images of artwork, 1 of display booth for each application).
- 2026 Best in Show, plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Award Winners will be automatically juried in. They still must apply and pay the admin and booth fee.
- Application deadline is October 16th, 2026. Late deadline is October 23rd, additional fee applies.
- Administrative fee of $35 will be required at application, payable online via paypal or credit card through Zapplication. Late deadline fee is an additional $25.

Show Judging is based on the overall body of work in category applied in. Judging starts at 9am on Friday with the awards announced on Saturday Morning at 9:00AM near the breakfast area.

All Booth fees, are payable upon notification of “INVITED.” no exceptions. If your booth fee is not received by December 18th, 2026 your position as “INVITED” will be rescinded and wait-listed applicants will be called.
Standard Booth Fee is $485.00
Corner space (if available) requires an additional $250.00
Double Booth Space is $970 (two store fronts)
Double Booth Space (back to back) is $735
Extended hanging systems beyond the allotted 10 x 10 single tent space will be subject to a $150 additional fee on setup day.
There will be no refunds after December 18, 2026
- Acceptance notifications (Invited) will appear in your Zapplication account on or before November 18th, 2026 and you will also be notified by an email from Vero Beach Art Club on the same day

GENERAL RULES
- Set up times are Wednesday, March 10th and Thursday March 11th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM . You must be set up by 9:00AM Friday for the opening. No vehicles will be allowed in the park on Friday morning so you must be set up by 6PM Thursday
- Set your booth up within the ground markings. Do not move the flag markings. Only white fire-resistant tents are allowed. 10’x10’ and under 10’ tall.
- Electric generators (using no gas) are acceptable but must be silent.
- If your exhibition set up is either higher or wider or deeper than 10 x 10 x 10 standard booth space, (+ plus newly backward extending 10 X 10 option) , you will be assessed and additional $150.
- If you have a booth higher then 10 ft and need to move to avoid a branch, your new location will be considered beyond your allottable space and assessed an additional $150 fee.
- Electricity is not available. If you have a fire extinguisher, please bring it and have it visible.
- Emergency instructions will be in the artist packet which you will receive on setup day.
- Place your Exhibitor ID card at the upper right front of your booth to facilitate judging.
- Do not display awards won at previous shows.
- No music in your booth or other noise making during show hours.
- No smoking, candles, or other open flames are allowed.
- No pets are allowed, however emotional support animals are allowed but must have their paperwork for review.
- You are responsible for the safety and security of your booth. The Vero Beach Art Club is not liable for losses. We have 24 hour professional security and city police drive-bys. Exhibitor may not enter the show grounds between 6 pm and 6 am and must exit the park by 7 pm each night. If you do experience a problem, call 9-1-1. For non-emergency info, call the Vero Beach Police at 772-978-4600.
- RV parking is available across the street in the field beyond the parking lot. If you stay on those grounds overnight, please be considerate of others with your noise level. No tents allowed on off-site parking grounds. Restrooms are available in that area all night.
- Trash should be thrown in receptacles daily.
- All artwork must be the original creation of the artist, be for sale and clearly marked with a price.
- Artist/Artist team must be present during show hours. No substitutes.
- In categories Oil, Acrylics, Graphics, Pastels, Watercolors, only original work may be hung. Reproductions must be clearly labeled as such and displayed in a browse box only. No giclees (in any category) may be hung.
- Photographs must be signed and consecutively numbered (in editions not to exceed 300).
- Quality Assurance show monitors will be by daily to check your display and ID badge, which is to be worn during entire time of the show.
- Artists found in violation of show Standards will be asked to comply. If found in non-compliance a 2nd time, they will be asked to leave and disqualified from future Under the Oaks shows.
- Closing down before the show ends on any day is cause for disqualification for future Under the Oaks shows.
- No auctions or fund raising events in artists tents.
