Opportunity Summary
General Information:
The Holiday Market is a non-juried holiday themed event with over 60 artists and crafters creating unique, finely crafted, and original works of art for your holiday gift shopping. The Holiday Market is sponsored by the Wickenburg Art Club, a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds from the fair support the promotion of the arts in Wickenburg and surrounding communities.

General Information
The Application Fee of $15 must be paid with the application and is not refundable. Space fee is payable by credit card or PayPal.
Town of Wickenburg Business License is provided and paid for by the Wickenburg Art Club.
Two (2) Artisans may share a space.

ALL Deadline dates and times are governed by Mountain Time.
General Conduct of Artist:
Any unbecoming conduct during the show will result in immediate removal from the event.
Public Health guidelines will be enforced.

- No smoking
- No alcohol
- No pets - strictly enforced as this is an indor event. (the exception is the artist's need for service dogs)
Security: Event is held in a secure building indoors and all doors will be locked when event is closed.

Rules & Regulations:
The Wickenburg Art Club considers enforcement of its rules to be our exclusive right and responsibility. Adherence to the following rules during the festival is necessary to maintain the quality of the show at a high level for both artists and patrons. Event officials will visit tables during the show to meet artists and answer any questions. Non-compliance with the rules and regulations can result in requests for work to be removed from the display or for sale and/or expulsion from the show and ineligibility for participating in future shows. If an artist is removed from a show for non-compliance of the rules, no booth fee will be refunded.
I hereby consent to the enforcement of all rules, regulations, and guidelines. Furthermore, the undersigned artisan hereby certifies that all displayed work is handcrafted and created by the applying artisan. No Buy-Sell, commercial, or mass-produced product is allowed. This contract is not cancellable and is non-transferable.

- Artists are encouraged be present in the booth during the entire Festival. An associate of the artist may "mind" the booth for the artist to have a break.
- No pets are allowed. We understand that some of our Artisans travel with pets. We will provide contact information for local pet daycares if needed.
- All fees are to be paid on Zapp.
- Applicants (non-WAC Members) are required to have an AZ- TPT number and MUST have it listed on the Zapp application or your application will be returned as incomplete and not processed.
- Town of Wickenburg business license will be provided by the Wickenburg Art Club which is included in your application fee.

Booth Information
Table Information:
- Tables will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own table if you wish.
- Tablecloths and any additional display needs are the responsibility of the participant.
- Space is first come first served basis. As application arrives space will be assigned by the event chair(s). We will try to honor any special requests.
The 2026 Space Fee structure is:
- One 6ft table & 1 chair: $60.00- Multiples welcome
- One 6ft table & 1 chair: $50.00 for (WAC Members Without License)
Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Refund Policy: WAC will issue a full refund for cancellation for cause for each space / table until midnight of August 1st, 2026. Thereafter, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Wickenburg Art Club, PO Box 1737, Wickenburg, AZ 85358 or emailed to wickartclub@gmail.com by midnight of August 1st, 2026
EXCEPTION: If the Governor of Arizona cancels or prohibits public activity and if, for that reason and ONLY FOR THAT REASON, we are unable to produce The Holiday Market 2026, the club will refund your 2026 table fees.
