The Knightsbridge Boutique Event is an annual fundraiser benefiting the Benilde-St. Margaret’s School (BSM) Parent Association. Participating merchants agree to donate 15% of their total sales from the event to the BSM Parent Association. Booth space is available for $50 per booth, making this a low-cost opportunity to connect with enthusiastic local shoppers while supporting the school community.
The Knightsbridge Committee actively promotes the event throughout the BSM community, including current families, alumni, supporting parish communities, and surrounding cities. Marketing efforts include promotion through BSM’s social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) as well as the BSM website, where links to merchant websites are included when available.
In addition, the event is promoted through local advertising outlets including the Star Tribune, Sun Sailor, Discover Saint Louis Park, and various online event listings to attract a broad audience of shoppers.
To maintain a well-balanced and curated shopping experience, there will be limits on the number of vendors selling candles, soap, and jewelry.
Please note that BSM’s school colors are red and white, and products featuring these colors are especially popular with our shoppers.
If your merchandise does not fall within the categories listed, we still encourage you to reach out. Please email the Knightsbridge Committee with a brief description of your products for consideration.
Our limited number booths fill quickly. To secure your participation, we encourage merchants to apply as early as possible. Selected applicants will receive an invitation to participate. Once invited, merchants must accept the invitation and complete booth payment in order to reserve their space.
By registering for the Knightsbridge Boutique Event, each merchant agrees to the following:
Event Commitment: Merchants must remain set up and open for the entire duration of the event (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Early breakdown is not permitted.
Sales Donation: Merchants agree to donate 15% of their total sales from the event to the Benilde-St. Margaret’s School (BSM) Parent Association. This includes any prepaid orders that are collected or arranged on the day of the sale.
Each merchant will be provided with a sales tracking form to record total transactions during the event. Merchants are responsible for maintaining accurate records of their sales throughout the day.
At the conclusion of the event, and prior to leaving the venue, merchants must check out with the designated BSM Parent Association representative. At that time, merchants will verify their total sales and submit the 15% donation based on those sales.
Donations may be made via check, cash, or PayPal. A written receipt confirming the donation amount will be provided upon request.

Each booth space measures 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep and includes:
One 6-foot table
Two chairs

Merchants are welcome to bring their own display racks, tables, or shelving units, provided all items fit within the purchased booth footprint.
Reasonably sized signage and marketing displays are permitted as long as they fit within the 10 linear feet of a single merchant booth space. If you have questions regarding the size or layout of your display, please contact the Knightsbridge Committee and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Booths with access to electricity are limited and are located along the walls of the Haben Center. Electricity will only be provided to merchants with a verified business need (for example, refrigerated food items) and must be requested and approved in advance of the event.
Please note that Wi-Fi is not available onsite. Merchants should plan to use cellular data for credit card processing and internet access during the event.
Booth locations will be assigned by the Knightsbridge Committee to maximize the overall flow, success of the event, and shopper experience. While we cannot guarantee specific placements, we will make every effort to accommodate merchant requests when possible.

Late cancellations by merchants—especially after the event has been marketed and participant directories have been published—can significantly impact the event floor plan and the overall experience for fellow merchants and shoppers. We ask that vendors carefully consider their availability before registering.
