Opportunity Summary
2026 marks the 33rd year of the treasured Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts. After all these years, this remarkable event has grown into a legacy festival in the Pacific Northwest. Held over three days during Memorial Day Weekend, the festival features over 80 performances on four showcase stages. Our festival is nestled between the majestic beauty of Olympic National Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
In addition to the incredible live performances, the Juan de Fuca Festival is particularly known for its free, open to the public Street Fair. With a free outdoor community stage, booths from community partners offering free activities, and delicious offerings from food trucks, the street fair is a highlight for attendees. Capping off the street fair offerings is a vibrant vendor market, traditionally hosting about 50-60 artisan vendors showcasing a diverse array of art mediums, styles, and price points. New in 2025, we now offer a very limited number of booths for high-quality importers and vintage resellers.

We will screen all artisan categories and encourage all artisans to apply. We have a large amount of space to fill and encourage new vendors to apply!

February 5, 2026 - Application goes live
Now thru April 30 - Rolling Jury: Approved applications will be notified and given priority space in the street fair. Applicants will be accepted per category to ensure an even representation of different artisan vendors. Applicants in highly popular categories may experience a delay in notification as compared to less represented categories.
April 30 - Application closes
May 5 - Final day to purchase booth space
May 21 & 22 - Vendor set up (by appointment only)
May 22 thru 24 - Event Days
ARTIST AMENTITIES:
No commission is charged
Volunteers will be floating the street fair and available to watch booths so vendors can use the restrooms & grab lunch.
We provide roving security on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The Juan de Fuca Foundation assumes no responsibility for stolen or damaged materials and strongly encourage vendors to secure items of value.

Application Requirements
HOURS OF OPERATION
FEES PAID NON-REFUNDABLE
Submit 4 digital photos of your work and a photo of your booth. Photos will be kept on file. Items submitted to the jury must represent the different prices in your overall price range. Please label your photos with the product name and the item prices. All vendors must include photos.
INSURANCE
We will require a hold harmless agreement to be signed by all accepted vendors. We encourage you to also have insurance, but we will not require it and do not need to receive a copy of it prior to the festival.
- All booths must be open for business for the following hours:
- Friday: noon til 6 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 am til 6 pm
- Vendors are expected to be present during all days of the Festival, follow the load-in/load-out instructions and contracted hours of operation.
- Failure to remain open during Festival hours will result in denial of future participation in the Festival, except for approved circumstances.
- Street Fair load-in will be by appointment on Thursday, May 21st, in the afternoon and early evening, or Friday, May 22, in the morning before the festival opens. Appointments will be arranged between the vendor and the street fair coordinator prior to the festival.
- Vendors' dogs and other pets are not allowed in or around the booths. We reserve the right to make exceptions for well behaved pets. Vendors must contact the street fair coordinator to arrange for furry friends.
- You must provide a cell phone number and be available after hours for emergency calls.
FEES PAID NON-REFUNDABLE
- There is a $25 non-refundable processing / jury / administrative fee.
- Once accepted into the Festival, the booth fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

BOOTH SECURITY AND SAFETY
Booths must be covered and weighed down with a minimum of 25 lb weights on each leg. We regularly experience a period of very high winds during our festival, and may experience rainfall. Booths may be left up overnight as there is a security patrol, but merchandise should be secured. The Juan de Fuca Festival is not responsible for loss or damage.
Blue tarps are not allowed as booth shelters, but can be used to secure the booth at night.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be offered to any cancelations received prior to the application closing, on April 30th. Cancelations received between April 30th and the beginning of the festival will be refunded if the booth space is able to be filled and the vendor communicates promptly.
