Opportunity Summary
Thousands of art lovers have flocked to the Englewood Invitational Spring Art Festival for over 39 years to shop for unique handmade fine arts and fine crafts. Artist Run and Artist Friendly, the Englewood Invitational is in the wealthy Englewood/Boca Grande community which is growing daily with sophisticated new homeowners and art buyers looking to add new work to their art collections and decorate their new homes. The fabulous location on the spacious grounds of a private club in downtown Englewood has great visibility and traffic, lots of room, onsite parking for artists and patrons, easy load and unload and back of booth art storage. The quality of our 100 exhibitors and extensive regional marketing makes our show a fun and profitable event for everyone.

Wait list - The wait list for artists is based on their jurors' score within the category where the opening occurred. A balanced show is a priority.
Refund Policy - No refunds for cancellations UNLESS we can replace you with an artist from the waitlist.

Application Requirements
Artists understand that by applying to the Englewood Invitational Art Festival they are agreeing to these specific rules:
The Artist shall represent only his/her own original work.
The Artist must be present for the duration of the show.
Reproductions are limited to one wall or in a bin. Unframed originals may be included in the bin along with reproductions.
Booth appearance and work must be consistent with images submitted for jurying.
Absolutely no buy-sell is allowed.
Absolutely no Commercial molds, patterns, kits, copies, etc.
Absolutely no production studios allowed.
We view your application as a serious commitment to participate.

Space - All spaces are 12'x15' on grass and/or asphalt. All displays must be set up in your allotted space. There is plenty of room for chairs, coolers and storage behind your booth. Please keep it organized and covered to enhance your display.
Display - Display structures must be able to withstand weather and crowds. Weights - All displays must use adequate weights to withstand wind and weather. Staking is only allowed in grassy areas, not the pavement.

Saturday: 6 - 9 am
Show Hours - 10 am - 4 pm
