Security personnel patrol the booth areas when the building is open and the bazaar is closed, and are also present during the hours of the bazaar. Please be aware that Landmark Center is a public building and we do our utmost to ensure safety and security of items and personnel during the bazaar. However, vendors should be aware that there is a possibility of theft occurring.
Food service availability will be determined at a later date.
Important: The Landmark Center Holiday Bazaar is a signature community program that fulfills the mission of the building: to serve as a cultural gathering place for our community, by providing free, or low cost, public programming. Our $5 admission fee to the public, as well as our $1/ticket Holiday Bazaar Raffle helps us raise funds to keep our cultural programs free and accessible to all.
Each year, we ask our artists to help us in our mission by donating an item with a $30 value to the Holiday Bazaar Raffle, which is held during the show. The item(s) you donate should reflect the best of your work and be from your current stock. Many times, shoppers will see your work in the raffle area and then look for your booth. This helps boost sales as well as support our community mission.

Booth Information
Read prior to applying: We strive to make booth sizes as equitable as possible. Due to the architecture of the Landmark Center, booth sizes vary and can be quirky (large pillars and planters in some spaces). We ask that vendors understand the limitations of the building and be flexible. Due to limited building capacity, no double booths will be allowed.
Single-sized artist booths on the main floor are approximately 8' X 8' or 8' X 10'. 4 booths along the walls are 5' X 9'. Spaces in the upper floor courtrooms are more flexible, somewhat larger and less defined.
Booth fee for first floor: $275 Booth fee for upper level courtrooms (will be offered if first floor reaches capacity): $225
If a vendor gets located to the upper level, they will receive a $50 credit.
