Opportunity Summary
The 60th Annual Hyde Park Square Art Show is accepting applications for art exhibitors to display and sell their work in one of the area's finest juried Art Show. The Show is held in beautiful and picturesque Hyde Park Square on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 10:00am - 5:00pm.

COMPETITION AND AWARDS - Art submitted for competition must be in the artist's prejudged category. The awards are as follows
All fees must be paid through ZAPP by credit card only
IMAGES - Five (5) digital images are to be submitted for the media category entered. These images should not include any artist identifying marks. Do not submit a booth image. Please provide a clear description of the medium, including materials and technique. This information is used by the judges.
BOOTH FEE - $150
All applicants accepted after prejudging must submit a $150.00 non-refundable booth fee for space in the Show. NOTE: Please do not submit the booth fee until after your notification of acceptance into the Show, which you will receive the week of May 30th. The 2025 HPSAS winners and those having received honorable mentions are automatically accepted into the 2026 Show. The entrance fee entitles the applicant a booth space of eleven (11) feet for exhibition and sale of work. There will be a limit of ONE space for each applicant and the artist's booth must contain only works in their prejudged category. Applicants are responsible for providing their own tent, display rack(s) and tables. No electric outlets will be available. The entrance fee also entitles the artist's work to be judged in Show day competition.

Application Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS - All applicants will be prejudged. All work and/or materials must be the artist's own creation and representative of the items submitted by the artist for prejudging. No pre-manufactured or commercially made items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, towels, etc.) will be permitted in the Show. Each applicant may exhibit in only ONE category per space and must enter in only ONE individuals name (no group entries).
JURY PROCESS - Images are reviewed by a panel of judges selected by the Hyde Park Square Art Show. The panel is comprised of professional artists and art educators with expertise in the categories offered at the Hyde Park Square Art Show. The five images will remain anonymous and will be viewed by the judges to evaluate each artist's overall work. Each judge will independently grade each entrant and a cumulative score will be developed. All decisions will be based on the representation of the works in the images submitted, so high quality photography is recommeneded. Judges' decisions are final and confidential.
The Hyde Park Square Art Show reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work not consistent with submitted images and application rules or guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the exhibitor's removal from the Show (with no refund of fees) and the exhibitor's right to exhibit in future Shows may be refused.

- Set up and dismantling their display following Art Show procedures
- Being ready at the appropriate time for judging
- Maintaining and staffing their booth at all times
- All sales transactions and payment of all sales taxes
- The artist's presence during the Show is REQUIRED

Refund Policy
There is no refund of the application fee of $35.00. A refund of the Day of Show booth fee is only done in very critical situations provided we have a replacement that can fill the space. No booth fee refund is guaranteed.
