Holiday Bazaar 2026 at Russell Crossroads

Thank you for your interest in being apart of our Holiday Bazaar! This event is held to kick off the holiday season and to promote and support the amazing pieces of work the talented artists in the Southeast area and our community have created. Holiday Bazaar is held in conjunction with Christmas at Crossroads, a community event to spread the holiday cheer and bring Santa to town! We are looking forward to another thrilling event at Russell Crossroads.

APPLICATION
All applications must be submitted through the ZAPPlication platform. Each artist must submit three appropriate images showcasing their work.

PAYMENT
Payment will be completed on ZAPPlication. Once an artist is approved, they will be notified of acceptance and can submit their payment online. 
LOCATION
The Town Green at Russell Crossroads, diagonally across from Catherine’s Market.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all Artists/Designers (vendors). Vendors will be reviewed and chosen by the Art Show Jury Committee. The Jury reserves the right to review and select each artwork, product, or design that has been submitted. All work must be original.
WEATHER
The show will be held rain or shine.
WAITLIST
Once our vendor capacity is reached, applicants will be placed on a waitlist given the applicant passes the jury process.
TAXES
Artists are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax (6%).
REPRODUCTIONS
Reproductions of a participating artist’s original work are permitted but must not exceed 25% of the total products offered for sale by any artist during the show.
SECURITY
Russell Crossroads security is on-site every night from 10:00pm – 6:00am. Russell Lands is not responsible for anything left on the Town Green.
ADVERTISING
The Holiday Bazaar will be promoted utilizing digital, print, and social media advertising channels. We encourage each artist to promote the show on their own pages as well.
REQUIRED MATERIALS
Please ensure you have everything included with your application.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Friday, November 13
*Any applications after the deadline will require a $40 late fee added to their booth fee.
 

ARTIST RULES

1. Artists must be present for the entirety of the show. Failure to follow this rule makes the artist ineligible for future shows.
2. Work should be “show ready.”
3. All work should be your original, handcrafted design, material, and execution and must be presented by the approved artist.
4. Work which is imported, mass produced, made from kits, or manufactured will not be accepted.
5. Artists may only exhibit artwork/products in the category for which they applied.
6. Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing.
7. Artists are responsible for tables, chairs, and all display pieces. All booths will be under large, event-style tents provided by the show.
8. Artists who break down booths and leave prior to the end of the show will not be allowed to return to the following show, unless in case of emergency.
9. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax (6%).
10. Artists will be considered a “no-show” if a space is not occupied by 9:00 AM on Friday, November 28th.
11. Early setup is 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25th. Early setup is for display pieces only—no product.
12. Vehicles must be removed from show area to the parking field by 8:30 AM on Friday, November 27th to allow for customer parking.
13. Setup and breakdown times will be strictly enforced.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All booths will be located underneath two event size tents. Please see the site map for a visual.
Booths may only be occupied by one business, i.e. the applying artists and their partner (if applicable). No two separate artists may share a booth. 
You will be able to purchase your booth and power upon acceptance.
ASSIGNMENT
Russell Lands is responsible for assigning booths and accommodating special requests for certain spots. After November 23, 2026, all booth assignments are firm and nonnegotiable. Artists are not allowed to swap booth locations.
