The Art Festival on the Strip 2026

The Market on the Strip is bringing art to the Strip for the first time in over a decade!
Join us for a full day of creativity, community, and local talent at our Art Festival, featuring 60+ local artists working across a wide range of mediums.

The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM in a lively, well-populated LGBTQ+ neighborhood in Dallas. The surrounding area is home to many well-known businesses that already attract steady crowds and attention. A weekly neighborhood market has been hosted in the area with great success for two years now as well.

Each application will be reviewed individually, and if you are accepted, you will receive an email or text confirmation. Payments for your booth, except the application fee, will be made via Square. You'll receive a link shortly after you are accepted as an artist or vendor. You have 7 days from the date the invoice is sent out to pay. If you miss that deadline, we will move on to the next applicant.

We reserve the right to refuse any artist or vendor a booth at the event. Please note that applying does not guarantee acceptance.

 

• No AI art.
• As an artist/vendor, you will need to be present for the entire length of the event. 
• If you choose a specific category in your application, your merchandise must reflect that. I.E. don't choose Sculptures if you're bringing painted canvas art.
• No booth sharing, each vendor or artist requires their own booth.
• All exhibits must be contained within the parameters of the tent space. An artist/exhibitor is not allowed to take up any space outside of their designated tent area.
• If you are a prepackaged food vendor, you will need to provide a Sales Tax Permit, a Certified Food Manager Certificate, Food Handler Certifications for staff, and a Health Permit from your local city/county health department. If these are not provided, your application will be automatically rejected.
• All tents require weights, 40 pounds or more per leg minimum. You must come prepared and ready.
• Booths will be monitored for these conditions, and if they are not met, you will be ejected without a refund.

Standard 10x10 Booth Space: $125.00
10x20 Booth Space (They will be side by side): $200
*Corner/End 10x10 Booth Space: $175.00

Setup & Teardown

You can begin setting up your booth at 9am and start tearing down at 8:00 pm. The street must be clear by 10pm.

Misc

• We will not be able to have any electricity. We also cannot allow any gas-powered generators. You, however, may bring anything battery-operated, of course, as well as power banks.
• If you want to play music at your booth, please keep it at an agreeable volume and make sure it is nothing that would be considered offensive. Amps are not allowed.
• We will have extra rules and guidelines in your map packet e-mail you'll receive closer to the event.

*These spaces are very limited due to the extra visibility and flexibility they provide. Please be aware you are not guaranteed to get one of these if you opt for one. If we've already run out, you will be invoiced for a standard booth instead. Booths are first-come, first-served.

This is a rain-or-shine event, and we cannot provide refunds due to less-than-desirable weather. That said, if you need to cancel, you will have to contact us on or before March 13th, 2026. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that even if we can issue your refund, we will not be able to refund your application fee.
