By submitting an application to the Dogwood Arts Council Palestine, the artist agrees to the following rules and terms in the legal agreement:
1. All work must be original and work of their own, without copyright infringements. The artist must be present to represent and sell their work. No dealers or sales representatives are allowed to run an artist's booth.
2. Exhibitors must show work that was typified by the art shown in the artist's application.
3. Artists must provide their own panels, lighting, extension cords, and easels for display. They may provide a tent, although the entire event is held under a large covered pavilion that accommodates all artists.
4. The pavilion has overhead lighting. It is strongly recommended
that artists bring supplemental lighting, particularly during the VIP evening event. The sponsor will provide overnight security and electricity at no charge.
5. Large booth spaces (10' x 15' and 10' x 20') are not guaranteed, so order early. All other booth spaces are 10' x 10'.
6. All work should adhere to a family-oriented festival environment.
7. The exhibitor agrees to display merchandise in an attractive manner.
8. Artists must be present for the VIP Art Event on Friday and the full day of the festival on Saturday. Artists may not take down their booth until 5:01 pm on Saturday.
9. See the
Legal Agreement for cancellation and refund policies.
