Welcome to Flagstaff’s longest-standing locally owned and operated fine arts festival! Our juried art shows, held over the Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends, take place in Wheeler Park—a beautiful, tree-shaded, grassy venue in Downtown Flagstaff, right along the main route to the Grand Canyon.

With approximately 85 talented artists featured, we create an exclusive and exciting atmosphere for both artists and patrons. Throughout each three-day event, you’ll enjoy live music, fun kids' activities, a shaded beer garden, and incredible food.

APPLICATION PROCESS
What You’ll Need to Complete Your Application:

• 4 images of your work and 1 booth photo
• A clear description of your work and creative process.
• Booth size and location requests
• AZ state sales tax license number
• Your social media and/or website links for advertising purposes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• We will only accept original art and craft handmade by the exhibitor. Commercial, mass-produced, imported, and resale items will not be allowed. Be sure your photos are representative of the work you intend to display.  
• Artists must stay within the limits of their pre-assigned space and remain open during all festival hours.
• You must have a current State of Arizona Sales Tax License to participate in this event. 
• *** All canopies are required to be WHITE in color***

Payment:
In order to secure your booth, your booth fee must be paid by June 2nd.. All booth payments will be made though your Zapp dashboard.  First accept your invitation, next add your booth to the cart, and finally, complete payment using a credit card or mail a check. 

You must have a Current State of Arizona Sales Tax License to participate in this event.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please do so before July 30, 2026 for a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after July 30th.

 

Flagstaff Art in the Park Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details

• Event Name: Flagstaff Art in the Park
• Location: Wheeler Park, Downtown Flagstaff, Arizona
• Dates: Sept 5-7, 2026
• Event Hours: Sept 5th and 6th 9:30am-5pm, Sept 7th, 9:30am-4pm

2. Eligibility

Participants must be approved by the Event Organizer, and selected jury. Artists must submit original works, and vendors must provide details of their goods or services.

3. Booth Space

• Assignment: Booth spaces are assigned by the Event Organizer. Requests for specific locations may be considered but are not guaranteed.
• Dimensions: Each space measures
  • 10’ X 10’
  • 10' X 20' Deep 
  • 10' X 20' Wide 
• Setup and Breakdown: Participants must adhere to the setup and breakdown times provided.
• Adequate booth weight required. Each 10' X 10" tent must be anchored with a minimum of 150 pounds in weight. Artist and vendors without adequate weight on their booth will be asked to remedy the situation or leave without a refund. There are no stakes allowed in the grass. 

4. Fees

• Application fee:
  • Early Bird application fee January 7- February 28, 2026: $25
  • Application fee March 1- May 1, 2025: $35
  • Late applications will be accepted if there is space after May 1: $45 
  • Application fees are nonrefundable
• Booth Fee:
  • 10’ X 10’ $435
  • 10' X 20' deep $560
  • 10' X20' wide $870
• Payment Terms: Booth fees are due by June 1, 2026

5. Participant Obligations

• Participants agree to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the event.
• Booths must remain open and staffed during all event hours.
• No subletting or sharing of booth space is permitted.
• Participants are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of their booth area.

6. Product Guidelines

• Artists must sell only items approved during the application process.
• Vendors must provide a detailed list of all goods and services.
• Counterfeit, mass-produced, or unapproved items are strictly prohibited.

7. Licensing and Permits

• Participants are responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits, including tax licenses.
• Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with local health department regulations.

8. Liability and Insurance

• Participants are responsible for their property. The Event Organizer is not liable for theft, damage, or loss. Insurance should be obtained by and at exhibitor’s own cost.

9. Compliance with Laws

Participants agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

10. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel, please do so before July 30, 2026 for a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after July 30th
• Participants who withdraw less than 30 days before the event forfeit their booth fee.

11. Force Majeure

The Event Organizer is not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond their control.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its staff, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event.

13. Termination

The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove any Participant violating event policies without a refund.

It is Flagstaff Art In The Park’s sole responsibility to furnish exhibit space and security services. Festival promoters will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities for failure to fulfill the terms of this contract due to the unusable condition of the area in which the festival is to be produced. By signing this form and submitting it as entry you release and hold harmless Flagstaff Art In The Park sponsors and promoters and The City of Flagstaff from any and all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, bodily injury, strike, public enemy, weather, or act of God. Insurance should be obtained by and at exhibitor’s own cost. Festival promoters assume no risk. All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, public safety, and fire prevention shall be strictly obeyed. No damage may be done to the booth area or foliage around it by exhibitor or display. 

No stakes allowed in the grass.
