The BCD Block Party is a one day community festival celebrating the creativity, culture, and character of the Bend Central District. Hosted throughout the neighborhood, the event features live music, interactive art, and a dedicated Family & Community Zone.
As part of this year’s festival, we are inviting regional—but with priority to local Central Oregon—artists to participate in a curated street-side art market. Forty booth spaces will fill a closed street in the heart of the district, creating a vibrant makers corridor for festival-goers to explore. This event is designed to uplift Bend’s creative community, support emerging and established artists, and bring new energy into the BCD through visual arts, installations, and interactive experiences. Artists of all mediums are encouraged to apply, with an emphasis on original work that reflects craftsmanship, creativity, and a sense of place. This is a highly visible, high-traffic event that welcomes families, local residents, and visitors looking to experience the artistic talent of our region.
The BCD Block Party is a free, all-ages festival held in the Bend Central District featuring live music, art installations, a family zone, and more. The Artist Market is a key component of Saturday’s programming, offering artists the opportunity to sell their work, connect with the community, and be part of a dynamic cultural celebration.
Participating artists will be placed along a closed street in a walkable festival zone with steady foot traffic throughout the day. Approximately 8,000–12,000 attendees are expected over the weekend. We prioritize artists living and working in Central Oregon, and seek work that is original, handcrafted, and reflective of the creative spirit of our region.
