Opportunity Summary
The Columbus ChristmasFair is a two day, holiday market featuring 130+ Ohio and Midwest artists/crafters selling unique, handcrafted items...pottery, folk art, paintings, stained glass, jewelry, photography, wearable art and much more. 2026 is the 40th year for ChristmasFair! The show has become a tradition for many central Ohio families as they kick-off the holiday season. Artists/crafters cite loyal customer followings, smooth show operations and solid show promotion as reasons for returning year after year. We hope you will join us this year.

General Information
Dates: November 21 and 22, 2025.
Hours: 9am until 4pm Saturday and 10 am to 4pm Sunday
Eligibility: Artists/Crafters should exhibit and sell hand-crafted work of only the highest caliber. All artists/crafters agree to display only their own artwork of the same quality as the images provided for jury.
Application Process: Exhibitors must submit 5 images of items representative of the quality and kind of work to be exhibited and sold at ChristmasFair. Please include an image of your booth set-up.
Load-In and Set-Up: Friday, November 20, 2026 3pm – 7 pm
Saturday, November 21, 2026 6am – 9am
Breakdown and Load-Out: Sunday, November 22, 2026 4pm – 8pm
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing on or before October 15, 2025 will result in 100% booth fee refund less a $5 administrative fee (jury fees are non-refundable).

Application Requirements
- Artists/crafters are responsible for collecting and remitting Ohio Sales tax
- All artists/crafters must have a valid Vendor’s License
- Individuals may request to exhibit together but each individual’s items must be juried separately
- All jury materials submitted may be used for advertising purposes unless artist/crafter indicates otherwise in writing
- Any photographs taken of artist/crafter booths at the show may be used in promotional materials for the show
- Show managers reserve the right to remove from the show any work which does not reflect the same quality as that presented for jury review
- Security is provided from 7pm Friday night until 6am Saturday morning and from 4pm Saturday night until 8am Sunday morning. Neither the event, show directors, nor staff are liable for any losses or damages occurring at the venue at any time.
- A bank fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks
- Only artists/crafters accepted into the jewelry category may display and sell jewelry unless approved by show directors
- No buy/sell! All items must be handcrafted.
- Please remember that your booth must be fully stocked on Sunday. We as promoters and you as exhibitors will both benefit by making sure that our customers don’t feel that ChristmasFair is a lesser show on the second day.
- All artists/crafters agree to be pleasant, respectful of their colleagues, customers and show staff and to adhere to all rules of the show

Booth Information
Booth Sizes:
SINGLE 10'x10' $270.00
BOOTH & ONE-HALF 15'x10' $370.00
DOUBLE 20'x10' $480.00
Artists/crafters are expected to create professional, aesthetically pleasing booth displays. All tables must be tastefully covered and extra inventory stored out of sight. No handwritten or sale signs are permitted. A holiday theme is recommended.
TABLES can be rented as follows:
4 foot, 6 foot or 8 foot tables $10.00 each
CHAIRS: Each artist/crafter can request 2 unpadded folding chairs per booth at no charge.
ELECTRICITY: OPTIONAL Cost is $65.00 per outlet if ordered by November 5, 2026; $85 if ordered at the show. Artists/crafters must bring their own heavy-duty extension cords to access electrical outlets. Order forms will be provided upon acceptance.
PIPE & DRAPE: Black Backdrop ONLY is provided by ChristmasFair. Side drapery panels are OPTIONAL and can be ordered and paid for by the artist/crafter. Order forms will be provided upon acceptance.
