Opportunity Summary
Taking place outdoors under the Market Shed and the east side of the parking lot at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market, handcrafted jewelry of all kinds will be available for sale (and admiration) from 10 am to 6 pm.
Booth sizes vary, with covered and uncovered booths available. Vendors applying will be juried on a rolling basis. The jury is no longer accepting additional permanent jewelry vendors.
The Artisan Jewelry Market will be advertised and promoted throughout West Michigan through various printed literature, media alerts, email blasts, event calendars, and organic and paid social media ads.
The Grand Rapids Downtown Market, is a 138,000 square foot public market, featuring over 21 year round food and restaurant vendors and is open seven days a week for general customers and public and private event guests. The Market Shed is an outdoor partially covered space that does allow for electrical connection for an additional fee if needed.

The Artisan Jewelry Market can host 40+ vendors offering jewelry of all kinds.
Once you have submitted this application, a jury process will take place. You will be contacted should the jury require additional information.
Stalls are limited. Vendors will be accepted for no more than three (4) Downtown Market vendor events in 2026. This will ensure a variety of products are offered for Downtown Market guests throughout the season. Vendor will be notified within two (2) weeks of applying. Additional Market Vendor events are listed below. This four show limit does not affect the Christkindl Markt or any shows contracted by an outside company:
- Art Print & Pattern Pop-Up -- Sunday, March 1
- Springtime Pop-Up Market -- Sunday, March 22
- Boho Bazaar - Saturday and Sunday, March 28 and 29
- Mother's Day Gift Fair -- Sunday, May 10
- Summer Solstice Market -- Sunday, June 21
- Ceramics Cement & Pottery Pop-up - Sunday, September 13
- Fall Celebration Pop-Up -- Sunday, September 20
- Merchants of the Macabre Oddities Market - Saturday, October 24

Please note item #10 regarding the required liability insurance and additional insured. If accepted to the Artisan Jewelry Market, please plan to have your insurance certificate containing the required additional insured entities emailed to publicevents@downtownmarketgr.com no later than Friday, August 7, 2026.
