2026 Art in the Park, Loveland is celebrating it's 59th annual festival. We are recognized as a leading show in the industry and a large part of the cutural fabric of the vibrant Loveland art scene. We participate every year in THE WEEKEND OF ART, along with the internationally acclaimed Sculpture in the Park. We invite you to apply to be one of the 250 exhibitors at the 2026 event, a world-class celebration of the visual arts. Our goal is to provide our exhibitors and our patrons with an experience of unparalleded quality and excellence. Highlights of this years show are The Gallery of FINE ARTISANS and The Market of FINE ARTS AND CRAFTS.

Art in the Park, Loveland is a nonprofit organization, supported by the Thompson Valley Art League (TVAL). We believe the access to art if for everyone and artists are essential to the success. We support artists and art enduction through TVAL in Loveland

January 15, 2026: 2026 Call for Entry (application will open)


The Jury will be review and processing application until April, 1, 2025. You will recieve notification within two weeks of submitting your application. You will need to pay your booth fee when you accept your invitation to attend. This will reserve your booth space.

NEW Grant opportunity for YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS Program
This program is designed specifically for artists who are beginning their career with very little experience exhibiting and selling their work at any venue. The application procedures are the same for regular show participants. You must still apply and pay the non-refundable application fee ($25). However, Thompson Valley Art League will pay your booth fee. So, the booth is FREE to accepted artists.
     -Must be a student or emerging Artist,  Age 21 or under 
     -Create and manufacture your own work
     -pass the jury process
     -Only 5 spots available

Images:
-4 images are to be submitted for each application entered by the artists.  3 images must be of individual pieces of work. The 4th image, must be a booth or display of the artist's work. THE 4TH IMAGE IS MANDATORY FOR APPLING TO THE GALLERY SECTION.
-If a booth images is not available a display image will be accepted

The Gallery: Fine Art, all mediums. All work must be original and created by the artist. No machine-made or mass-produced work is permitted. 

The Market: Fine Arts and Crafts, all mediums.  All work must be original and created by the artist. No machine-made or mass-produced work is permitted. Also promitted are Artisan crafts such as home grown items, honey, herbs and plants, handmade soaps, lotions, sauces, mixes, Arts and craft items, emerging artists, functional pottery, funtional workworking and metal work. Set Up:
- Booth set-up is Friday, Aug. 7th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Early unload appointments will be available upon request.
- All vendor/artists tents MUST be completely set up and open for business no later than Saturday, Aug. 8th at 9 a.m. We may open early, depending on the crowds.
- Artisans are responsible for the set-up and teardown of their booths. Dolly or hand cart to move your wares across the park. No vehicles allowed on the grass. There will be volunteers to help with the load-in and set-up on August 7th and during teardown on the 9th
All patrons will arrive at North Lake Park, come North on Taft Ave, enter on N Lake Park Road for check in. You will then be directed to you load in location. YOU WILL NEED TO UNLOAD YOUR VEHICLE AT THE CURB, THEN, MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE PARKING LOT, THEN TAKE YOUR LOADS TO YOUR TENT SPOT TO SET-UP. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE LOADING ZONE WHILE YOU ARE SETTING UP YOUR TENT. THIS WILL WORK THE SAME AT LOAD-OUT ON SUNDAY. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. THOSE NOT FOLLOWING THE RULE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK.

Tear down and Load out:
- Sunday, August 9, 4 p.m. - NO EARLY TEARDOWN
- Please leave your site, clean as you found it.
- Volunteers are available to help.

Tear down and load out will work the same as the load-in, you will need to tear down your booth, move it all to the loading zones where you loaded in. GET A YELLOW READY TO LOAD PASS FROM SOMEONE IN A YELLOW VEST at the curb in the loading zone. Then go get your vehicle, You will be admitted to the loading zone ONLY with a Yellow ready to load pass. Load your Vehicle and leave the load out parking spot. You will not be allowed to park at the curb then go tear down your booth, vehicle will be towed.

1. All work exhibited must be created and produced by the artist.
2. Only original artwork, crafts and reproductions of your work may be displayed or offered for sale.
3. Work which is imported, mass produced or manufactured will not be promitted- you could be asked to leave.
4. Overnight security will be provided Friday and Saturday night. TVAL or AITP will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
5. Booth sharing is permitted in The Market ONLY, but both artists need to meet the jury selection process. For shared booths, both artists must be juried individually. Each applicant will be notified individually.
6. Exhibitors agree to remain set up for the entire duration of the festival.
7. Artist must be present with their work for the entire two day's of the AITP. Representatives may not attend in place of the artists. Staffing is premitted in the Market section.
8. Artists are responsible for collecting and reporting all city, county and state taxes. We will provide easy to follow instructions on how to, in your welcome packet, at check in the day of the festival.
9. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booths and also for cleaning up their exhibitor space at the end of each day. Please leave the area around your booth space clear of all trash.
10. When possible, exhibitors are encouraged to demonstrate their art or craft.
11. All booths must be weighted (min 40# per post x, (4) TOTAL OF 160 LBS PER TENT)
Fire Marshall will be inspecting. ABSOLUTELY NO STAKING IS ALLOWED IN THE PARK. No ropes can extend beyond your tent space. If you stake you will be asked to remove the stake and weight appropriately or leave the show. This is a safety issue.
12. Display must not extend beyond booth space and may not obstruct traffic flow, You may NOT extend beyond your 10x10' booth space with displays or product. You will be allowed to sit outside the 10x10' space.
13. Booth must be professional in appearance.
14. Artists/vendors are responsible for providing their own - WHITE Tents (The Gallery) (10x10' tent with sides that close with zip, Velcro or clip closures), weights, tie downs, tables, displays, signage, hand carts or dollies, fixtures and any other items necessary for the booth and display. A professional looking booth is a must. If you need recommendations on what type of tent please contact me. CHEAPER is CHEAPER and may only last one show.
15. Handwritten signs and sale signs are prohibited.
16. No electricity is available. No generators. Electricity will be only available to food vendor trucks.
17. The show will happen “Rain or Shine”. Colorado has great sunny weather throughout this time of year, but be prepared for any weather situation.
18. Access to your own 4G or personal hot spot if you require WIFI. There is no hosted WIFI provided.
19. Dolly or hand cart to move your wares across the park. No vehicles allowed on the grass.
20. No pets will be allowed in your booth. Service animals MUST have paperwork.
21. ABSOLUTELY NO HECKELING of the patrons. This will be inforced and you will be asked once, If asked again, it will be a ask to leave the festival.

Reminder no booth selection is guarenteed. We will do the best we can to get you your selection. We will not guarentee, shade, Tree placement, corner placement or space between the booths. Every year the layout will adjust due to issue beyond our control. The parks department will take out and replace trees as they age out (100 years) for safety purposes. We appreciate your patients as we work through this.
