Hendersonville Arts Festival 2026

Good Neighbor Festivals along with the Hendersonville Arts Council is excited to bring back the Hendersonville Arts Festival happening Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Sanders Ferry Park in Hendersonville, Tennessee. 

The event spans two days, beginning with artist set-up on Friday afternoon. We are open to the public from 10 am-5 pm on Saturday and 11 am-5 pm on Sunday. The festival includes local live music acts, a food truck court plus kids/family activities. Sanders Ferry Park is located next to beautiful Old Hickory Lake. The festival staff will strive to provide excellent artist hospitality throughout the weekend with snacks, breakfast, coffee/tea/drinks provided each day. 


Location:
This centrally-located festival has strong support from the Hendersonville community and will attract attendees from Nashville and the surrounding areas, including Goodlettsville, Madison, and Gallatin that are less than 30 minues away.

ARTWORK AND EXHIBIT ELIGIBILITY:

• Artwork must be original, designed, and produced by the exhibiting artist.
• No commercial reproductions or embellished commercial products are allowed.  If we determine that you are showing reproductions you will be asked to pack up and leave the show immediately. 
• If you produce work in editions, you must disclose edition numbers.
• All work exhibited must be of the quality, category and body of work of that shown in the images juried.
• All displayed work must be for sale or commission, with prices clearly marked.
• All artists must be in attendance presenting their work - no sales reps are allowed
• All artists are encouraged to not only display their work but also to communicate and connect with customers in order to demonstrate their commitment to this being a shared retail experience. 
• Sources of ignition are not permissible inside the exhibitor tent or display area. The use of generators is strongly discouraged. If a generator is essential to display your artwork, it must be battery-operated, quiet, and non-fume producing. Applicants must state the use of a generator on their application. 
• All exhibitor tents must be WHITE in color.
• Tents must be weighted down properly.
• No prerecorded or amplified live music of any kind is permissible in an exhibitor’s booth space
• Upon acceptance, artists will need to provide a certificate of insurance listing the event organizers as additionally insured.  Specific information and FAQs will be provided in the acceptance email.

All spaces will have 2' of storage behind the booths that must be kept visually appealing. 

Booth Fees (Due upon acceptance) 
10' x 10' space: $310
15' x 15'  space: $475
10' x 20’  space: $845 

Corner Fee: $70 
Power Add-on Fee: $150

Booth locations will be located on pavement and grass by a lake. It is required that all booths are properly weighted. 

Artists are to provide their own display booth (all tents must have a white top), racks and/or tables in order to display their work.
