Update 3/20/2026: Thank you for your interest in attending Raspberry Days. At this time, the event is at full capacity. You are welcome to submit an application to be placed on a waitlist, as a limited number of vendor spaces may become available if cancellations occur prior to the June 1 payment deadline. Please note that a vendor spot is not guaranteed, and the application fee is non-refundable. Waitlist applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Raspberry Days is a highly successful annual event to honor the remembrance of the world-famous Bear Lake Raspberries. Every year we pride ourselves on hosting thousands of festival goers to showcase our unique vendors. The festival includes live music, pie eating contests, Bingo, a bake-off, a cornhole tournament, a talent show, a fishing tournament, a pickleball tournament, a variety of food vendors to choose from, and over 125 artisans showcasing their unique products. We have a reputation among vendors that Raspberry Days is their most successful festival in the region. We invite you to join in the fun!.

General Information

The Raspberry Days Craft Fair is a 3-day event with entertainment, unique vendors, and delicious food.* Applications will open on November 16, 2025, and vendor selection begins immediately. Vendors who do not submit a complete application, including all required documentation by June 1, risk losing their spot at the event to another vendor. If vendors withdraw from the festival after June 1, payment will be forfeited. Applications will be accepted until the event reaches capacity, and there will be a wait list (first-come, first-serve) for spots available due to vendor cancellation.

* In the spirit of keeping Raspberry Days an event for artisans and small business owners to showcase their work, applications from MLMs or national chains are not accepted.

Vendors will be notified by email regarding selection status within a month after receiving your application. If your application is incomplete (i.e., required supporting documentation), there may be a delay in issuing your selection status. Once notified of acceptance, you will return to this website to pay for your booth spot(s). Please note booth spot changes will incur a booth change fee. We are excited to have you participate in Raspberry Days 2026.

Application Requirements

Raspberry Days hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Thursday and Friday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday. Booths must be open from opening to closing each day. If you are unable to maintain a manned booth at all times during the festival hours, you risk the opportunity to participate in future years.
The merchandise sold must be homemade crafts or unique, commercial crafts. Certain vendors will not be accepted (multi-level marketing, direct sales, vector marketing, etc.).
All merchandise sold must be listed on the application with accompanying photos. We reserve the right to disallow any item that does not meet our festival standards. The committee must approve all merchandise. Our goal is to maintain a level of uniqueness among vendors. However, as our event grows, we may not be able to guarantee you will be the only vendor selling that type of merchandise. If after your application is approved you add or change products, you will need to notiify the committee at raspberrydayscraftfair@gmail.com to receive approval on any added or changed products.
Merchandise that is a weapon or represents a weapon (guns, knives, marshmallow guns, rubber-band guns, etc.) MUST be preapproved.
Booth assignments must be adhered to and are non-transferable. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPOTS!!! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOTH SELECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE. If booths are changed, all involved parties will be notified before check-in.
Vendors must comply with the Utah State Tax regulations in collecting and submitting taxes. The state of Utah will email you the tax forms no later than one week after the event.
All food vendors must have food handler permits, plus a special event permit from the Bear River Health Department (https://brhdut.gov/forms/).
Exhibits must be confined to the booth space and cannot encroach into the walkways or other booth spaces.
No roving sales are allowed. All sales must take place from your assigned booth space.
Vendors are required to use the dumpsters provided. Vendors are responsible for disposting of their own trash and debris. A clean-up fee may be assessed if you do not leave your space cleared and debris-free.
There is no electricity provided (unless requested at the time of application), and the use of generators for non-food vendors is strictly prohibited.
This event is not dependent on the weather. Please note that Bear Lake weather is not predictable, winds can be extreme, and micro-bursts are not uncommon. Vendors are required to secure their booths and merchandise. WE REQUIRE A 30-pound weight minimum on each corner of your booth, AND tents must be anchored down/secured. Any damage to tents or merchandise will be the vendors' responsibility. We are not responsible for acts of nature. If your booth is not secured by the end of set-up day on Wednesday, you will not be allowed to begin sales until your booth has been secured.
You will notice an increase in fees as our event is growing as are expenses.
Booth insurance is a requirement. A certificate of insurance must be provided to the Raspberry Days Committee by May 1. We suggest using ACT insurance.
All booth fees are due by June 1; vendors on the waiting list who are accepted after June 1 must submit payment within 14 calendar days.
Vendor donations for Bingo are appreciated. If you have items for donation, please bring them to the Information booth at the event. Your business name will be announced along with your donation.
The park does not allow pets or smoking. Please plan accordingly.
Power will be provided for the food vendors. Food vendors must provide their own extension cords and a way to cover the cords for safety in walkways. We recommend bringing a backup generator as power can go out; there are no refunds or guarantees in that situation. Anything other than standard power will be charged a power fee. We have limited spots, and power will be assigned based application acceptance and fee payment. Application acceptance will be delayed if you do not provide your power requirements.
No unauthorized vehicles are allowed. This includes motorhomes, RVs, and utility trailers. THERE IS NO CAMPING OR OVERNIGHT SLEEPING AT THE PARK.
Vendors should park in the vendor parking lot. A vendor parking pass and trailer pass (as needed) will be given at check-in.
Limited security will be provided overnight. Vendors are responsible for any product in their booth.
The Raspberry Days Committee and the Town of Garden City shall not be liable for any injury to any person participating in any way in the Raspberry Days activities.
Ice is available upon request and is $4 a bag. Please see the Information booth to request ice. We are happy to deliver ice to your booth and to keep a tab for ice that you can pay at the end of the event.
Booths must be fully set up by 8 pm on Wednesday, August 5. No booths can be taken down before the close of the festival on Saturday at 6 pm. Booth space must be cleaned, and garbage must be disposed of in the dumpsters provided.
Vendors may not share booth space.

To be considered a "local vendor", you must provide a drivers license showing proof of primary residence in Bear Lake County or Rich County.

CORNER BOOTHS- These will be an additional $50 per booth. All corner booths are outlined in red on the booth map. If you do not pay the corner booth fee, we reserve the right to move your booth to a non-corner.
NOTE: Corner booths are not an option for food vendors.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your attendance after acceptance, refunds of the booth fees will be as follows:
BEFORE JUNE 1: a full refund will be issued.
AFTER JUNE: no refunds issued
