The 16th Sunriver Art Fair will be held August 7, 8 and 9, 2026 in an open-air village setting located in scenic Sunriver, Oregon. www.sunriverartfair.org
The Sunriver Art Fair is a firmly established event connecting artists with fine arts and crafts buyers from the Pacific Northwest and far beyond. We are known for our artist-focused management style, our beautiful setting and our outstanding team of volunteers.
Sunriver is one of the Pacific Northwest's premier vacation getaways, with world-class golf and endless outdoor recreation opportunities. Located 15 miles south of Bend, it is both a residential and resort community. The combined population of Sunriver, Bend and the surrounding area is over 200,000. During the peak summer season, Sunriver welcomes around 15,000 visitors daily. The art fair coincides with the annual Sunriver Music Festival, a major cultural event that draws many visitors supporting the arts.
Our artists rave about the support they receive:
“I've done art festivals all over the West, and this art fair is by far the best supported. All the artists feel like we're very well taken care of. The crowds are good. The sales are good. It's just a wonderful festival.”
- A.J.P., Photography
“I love coming to the Sunriver Art Fair because it's hands down the most well-organized show that I do throughout the year. It makes my job easy to come here, set up and interact with customers. I just feel right at home.”
- D.B., Ceramics

Background and Purpose: The SRAF is produced by the Sunriver Women’s Club. Net proceeds, including all application and booth fees, support the SRWC Community Grants program. The grants program funds nonprofits in south Deschutes County, providing essential services to women, children, families and seniors. See www.sunriverwomensclub.org/giving-back for more information.
Jury Process: The jury panel is composed of members of the Oregon arts community. You are required to submit five digital images of your work that represent what you plan to bring to the fair, plus one of your outdoor booth. If possible, please supply updated photos, rather than those that have been submitted many times in the past.
Submitted images are juried anonymously, so please be sure your name or business name does not appear anywhere in your photos, including your booth photo. Artwork is scored on a scale of 1 – 5 for quality, creativity, originality, and craftsmanship. The SRAF Executive Committee has final discretion regarding acceptance to the event.
Your Application: Images must represent the work you plan to offer for sale at the fair. Include a range of your work and a range of prices. Choose clear images with good lighting that may be used on our website and social media. Choose images of your work that clearly show your creative, artistic and technical skills. Plan your booth to be visually appealing, well-designed, and organized in a professional manner that reflects the quality of your work. Booth appeal is considered in the jury process. Please include a description of your work that is complete enough for us to use on our website and on our social media.
