Join us for the Suncoast Reggae Festival, January 9–11, 2026! This lively event combines unique arts and crafts with amazing live performances by top reggae musicians from across Florida, plus freshly prepared onsite foods.
Paragon Seafood & Music events consistently draw large crowds and are known for being well-structured and filled with talented artisans and crafters. This event at th Saraosta Fairgrounda is held at high season - the busiest time of the year in Florida. Build your customer base on the southwest Florida coast and enjoy the event to the fullest!

Booth fee payment due: December 9, 2025 -NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION.
Friday, January 9, 2026: Check-in and setup: 9 am - 3 pm Show hours: 4 pm-10 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors)
Saturday, January 10, 2026: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am - 8 am; Show hours: 11 am 10 pm (6 pm-9 pm are optional for all vendors)
Sunday, January 11, 2026: Show hours: 11 am - 6 pm
ARTIST SERVICES:
- Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening
- Easy load-in and load-out
- Designated RV parking Friday and Saturday evening
Application Requirements
IMAGE USAGE:
Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes.
1) Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival.
2) Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules.
3) Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury.
4) All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.
5) No Multi-Level Marketing products.
SALES TAX: Sales tax in Florida is currently 7.00%. A video is available online from the Florida DOR on how to complete Sales & Use Tax Returns at: http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/training/dr15_new/safari3/index.html?dhtmlActivation=inplace

ELECTRICITY: $100 (you may bring your own generator for no additional charge)

All booth fees made after December 9 are an additional $50.
DISPLAY SPACE: All spaces are 10x12. Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests.
DISPLAY SURFACE: Pavement/brick and grass: no drilling into or anchoring to the pavement is allowed; tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.

Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY:
- CANCELLATION: must be in writing, and submitted to our office by email.
- If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows:
- 50% refund by check, OR
- 100% credit towards another Paragon event of your choosing; however, you must apply to and be juried into that event.
- There is a two-year limit on the 100% credit
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive either a refund or credit. No exceptions.
