Opportunity Summary
Join us for the 6th annual Naples Seafood & Music Festival, April 24-26, 2026. It will be held at Cambier Park in Naples, FL.
Event hours are:
Friday: 4 pm to 10 pm (Friday is optional for all vendors)
Saturday: 11 am to 10 pm (6 pm to 10 pm is optional for all vendors)
Sunday: 11 am to 6 pm
This vibrant 3-day event blends live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style arts and crafts marketplace.
It’s an excellent opportunity to grow your customer base on Florida’s southwest coast during high season. Naples draws strong attendance from Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral.

Application deadline: February 24, 2026
Booth fee payment due: March 24, 2026 -NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION.
Friday, April 24, 2026: Set up: 9 am-3 pm Show hours 4 pm-10 pm (Friday is optional for all vendors)
Saturday, April 25, 2026: Set up: 6 am-9 am- Show hours: 11 am-10 pm (6 pm-10 pm is optional for all vendors)
Sunday, April 26, 2026: Show hours: 11 am - 6 pm
ARTIST SERVICES:
- Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening
- Designated overnight RV parking Friday and Saturday evenings
- Easy load-in and load-out
Application Requirements
IMAGE USAGE:
Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes.
1) Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival.
2) Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules.
3) Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury.
4) All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.
5) No Multi-Level Marketing products.
SALES TAX: Sales tax in Naples is currently 7.00%. A video is available online from the Florida DOR on how to complete Sales & Use Tax Returns at: http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/training/dr15_new/safari3/index.html?dhtmlActivation=inplace

CORNER fee: $50
NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP
ELECTRICITY: $100 (You may bring your own generator for no additional charge)
NOTE: electricity fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP
Please note: All booth fees made after December 24 will include a $50 late fee.
DISPLAY SPACE: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted.
DISPLAY SURFACE: Pavement/brick and grass: no drilling into or anchoring to the pavement is allowed; tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.

Refund Policy
CANCELLATION: must be in writing, and submitted to our office by email.
- If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows:
- 50% refund by check, OR
- 100% credit towards another Paragon event of your choosing; however, you must apply to and be juried into that event.
- There is a two-year limit on the 100% credit
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive either a refund or credit. No exceptions.
