Join us for the St. Petersburg BayFest on March 20 to March 22, 2026!
This 3-day event will be held at North Straub Park in St.Petersburg, Florida
There will be music, delicious food, and a boutique marketplace with arts and crafts.
For art and craft vendors, this event offers a unique opportunity to grow your customer base on the southwest Florida coast, as this is the high season for Florida.

2026 CALENDAR
Application deadline: January 20, 2026
Booth fee payment due: February 22, 2026 -NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION.
Friday, March 20, 2026: Check-in and setup: 9 am to 3 pm Show hours: 4 pm to 10 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors)
Saturday, March 21, 2026: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am to 8 am; Show hours: 11 am to 10 pm (6 pm-10 pm is optional for all vendors)
Sunday, March 22, 2026: Show hours: 11 am to 6 pm
ARTIST SERVICES:
- Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening
- Easy load-in and load-out
- Designated RV parking Friday and Saturday evenings
Application Requirements
Email us if you need clarification on any rules before applying. Our Standards & Rules Committee reserves the right to exclude work that does not conform to show standards.
IMAGE USAGE:
Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes.
1) Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival.
2) Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules.
3) Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury.
4) All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.
5) No Multi-Level Marketing products.
SALES TAX: The sales tax rate for Largo, Florida is 7%.

ELECTRICITY: $100 (You may bring your own generator for no additional charge)

All payments after February 21 will be an additional $50.
DISPLAY SPACE: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted. Specific space requests will be assigned based on the date payment is received. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests.
DISPLAY SURFACE: Pavement/brick and grass: no drilling into or anchoring to the pavement is allowed; tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.

Refund Policy
CANCELLATION: must be in writing, and submitted to our office by email.
- If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows:
- 50% refund by check, OR
- 100% credit towards another Paragon event of your choosing; however, you must apply to and be juried into that event.
- There is a two-year limit on the 100% credit
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive either a refund or credit. No exceptions.
