Opportunity Summary
Join us for the 3rd annual Babcock Ranch Seafood & Music Festival on February 13-15, 2026. This event blends arts and crafts with amazing live music from top Florida bands, paired with delicious, freshly prepared onsite seafood.
Hours are Friday 4 pm to 9 pm (Friday night being open is optional for all vendors), Saturday 11 am to 9 pm (Saturday evening 6 pm-9 pm is optional for all vendors), and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm.

Application deadline: December 13, 2025
Booth fee payment due: January 13, 2026 -NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION.
Friday, February 13, 2026: Check-in and setup: 9 am - 3 pm Show hours: 4 pm-9 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors)
Saturday, February 14, 2026: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am - 8 am; Show hours: 11 am - 9 pm (6 pm-9 pm are optional for all vendors)
Sunday, February 15, 2026: Show hours: 11 am - 6 pm
ARTIST SERVICES:
- Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening
- Easy load-in and load-out
- Designated RV parking Friday and Saturday evening
Application Requirements
IMAGE USAGE:
Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes.
1) Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival.
2) Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules.
3) Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury.
4) All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.
5) No Multi-Level Marketing products.
SALES TAX: Sales tax in Florida is currently 7.00%. A video is available online from the Florida DOR on how to complete Sales & Use Tax Returns at: http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/training/dr15_new/safari3/index.html?dhtmlActivation=inplace

ELECTRICITY: $100 (you may bring your own generator for no additional charge)
NOTE: electricity fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP
All booth fees made after January 13 are an additional $50.
DISPLAY SPACE: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted. Specific space requests will be assigned based on the date payment is received. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests.
DISPLAY SURFACE: Pavement/brick and grass: no drilling into or anchoring to the pavement is allowed; tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.

Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY:
- CANCELLATION: must be in writing, and submitted to our office by email.
- If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows:
- 50% refund by check, OR
- 100% credit towards another Paragon event of your choosing; however, you must apply to and be juried into that event.
- There is a two-year limit on the 100% credit
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receive either a refund or credit. No exceptions.
