Oro Valley Fine Art & Wine Festival 2026

The Oro Valley Fine Art & Wine Festival brings a one-of-a-kind cultural celebration in the heart of Southern Arizona!  A brand-new, juried event showcasing the finest in contemporary and traditonal art, handcrafted works, boutique wineries, gourmet foods, and live music—all set against the stunning backdrop of the Catalina and Tortolita Mountains. 

Taking place in Oro Valley—dubbed the "Upscale Tech Mecca" of Southern Arizona and ranked the safest and wealthiest city to retire in the U.S.—this exciting event is set to become a signature destination for the region’s most discerning art collectors, wine lovers, and cultural enthusiasts.

Held in the beautifully maintained James D. Kriegh Park, this open-air festival provides an inviting, community friendly atmosphere with lush green spaces perfect for relaxing, mingling, and enjoying the finer things in life, including original works by mopre than 150 talented artists and master craftsmen from across the Southwest and beyond. Patron's can enjoy sampling premium selected wines from Arizona vineyards in a curated tasting experience, while enjoying performances by acclaimed local and regional musicians, adding rhythm and ambiance to your festival experience.

Application Categories:
Artists may apply in more than one category, but you must provide images for each medium. If you apply in more than one category, your booth image must showcase art in the categories in which you are applying.

Artists Representation of original work: Artist agrees that all work submitted for the jury process and displayed at the show has been designed and created by the Artist. Artist may only display work that has been juried and accepted. Vermillion Promotions has the right to advise or disqualify any work that does not meet event standards and may take action as deemed necessary for compliance.

 

1. All work must be of original design and personal execution.
2. All categories must be juried prior for acceptance.
3. Collaborating artists may apply to participate, but both must be juried.
4. One image of booth display and three images of current work are required for jury process. Entries will not be considered without a booth image. The booth image is used to judge appearance, professionalism and creativity and will assist in the determination of placement in the most advantageous location.
5. Images may be selected and used by Vermillion Promotions for marketing and publicity.
6. There will be a $35.00 fee for all bank returned checks and cancellations.
7. Artists acquire proper state and city/town tax license/permit
8.All tents must be solid, clean white fire retardant canopies;
   Tents must be properly weighted. Tables must be draped to the ground and pro-panels and pedestals used        to display work.
9. Staking or tying off to structures or trees is prohibited.
10. Exhibitors display must represent art work submitted for jury.
11. All work, display and storage must stay within designated space.
12. Space assignments may be requested, however all space assignments are the final decision of Vermillion Promotions, and Vermillion Promotions reserves the right to change or modify booth locations as they deem necessary.
13. Exhibitors must be checked-in and setup up by 9:00am on opening morning or exhibitor may be considered a no-show and his/her space may be assigned to another artist without refund.
14. Exhibitors must park in designated artist parking areas. This will be strictly enforced by Security.
15. Set up and breakdown times will be strictly enforced. Vendors/Artists are prohibited from parking inside of show area prior to check-in times.

10' X 10'  =   $400.00
10' X 20' =    $800.00
Food Truck Fees:
Space Size - 10'x15' ($485), 10'x20' ($850.00)
Special Requests:
Corner booth options and specific locations will be considered, but will not be guaranteed. We will make every effort to accommodate requests.
Setup Instructions will be sent after payment in full and confirmation is completed. 
* Set-up begins Friday at 12pm until 6pm and Saturday morning from 7:00am to 10:00am. All participants must be completely set-up and ready for business by 10:00am.
* Space assignments are made based on booth images, exhibit flow, and Artist's requests whenever possible. 


 

No refunds after the January 2, 2026 deadline.
$30 applicaton fee is non-refundable
